- This hotel was convenient to everything you could possibly want to do in Madrid. I did everything on foot. The hotel itself is absolutely incredible! The gym is the best hotel gym I've ever been in, even has a squat rack which is extremely rare in a hotel
- Balconies. Restaurant and buffet breakfast . Room service was very fast and food was great. Lots of extras in the bathroom. (Shower cap, shaving kit etc)
- Great location, great desk staff, and an amazing room

- Nothing!
- The omelet maker was very unfriendly. Didn't seem to enjoy her job.
- The service in the hotel bar and the bakery was not great. Took forever to be served and at the bakery, didn¿t even get what I ordered.
