Nothing...everything was great

Great location. Clean nice people.

Room was very very small. Our friends room was much larger. Same price. Not sure if that is fair.

Rooms were large and clean and 24 hour coffee service was nice

In an effort to save the environment paper cups weee used for coffee and water ..they were awful to drink out of ans we ended up going to the store to buy glasses for water wine and coffee .i suggest handing glassware there for guests

Great location and inexpensive

Not a lot of character. Room terrace was closed permanently. Very basic decor and slightly cold feeling atmosphere.

Front desk folks were friendly, helpful and professional. Nice clean room. Enjoyed the lobby space - good place to kick back after a long day bustling around Madrid.

Nature of the room and bathroom

Very comfortable beds and super clean and airy. Spacious room and fab free coffee and snacks for the morning to set up your day! Staff let us leave our bags after checkout and quickly switch our room when there was an issue with the bathroom door. Amazing!

Comfortable. Zero noise. Great view. Great bed. Loved the fifth floor amenities. The nicest staff.

It’s clean, sol the staff really nice and had free coffe and snacks available to the guests. Nice touch. Congrats.

The lights in the room were a bit weird

The rooftop and cafe in the hotel were private and well stocked. Perfect location right in the center of town surrounded by shops and restaurants!

Did not like the white lighting in some rooms, felt like one was in a hospital room!

We had a very good stay overall. The hotel is extremely central, with everything within walking distance, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

The only downside was the shower drain, which was clogged. Each time we showered, the water overflowed into the room. We reported this twice while we were out, hoping it would be fixed, but unfortunately the issue remained unresolved.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Chueca. The staff were very helpful and kind, and helped us many times

The hall unfortunately did smell of animal pee, only the hall though.

Tiny shower/toilet.

The location was absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the neighborhood Chueca with the chicest stores and great boutique coffee places. The staff was always welcoming and each morning we had a bag with 2 bottles of water and 2 pastries waiting on our door :) The 5th floor has a great coffee/cacao and juices machines and a display of cookies, all complimentary.

While the room was pretty large and spacious, the toilet/shower was extremely small and quite frankly it felt pretty cheap (the door didn't even close all the way). The room didn't have a closet or drawers to make it feel organized (with the suitcases, bags and shopping we had).

Great value for money. Friendly staff, they have available coffee and snacks all day long and they leave a breakfast bag at your door in the morning. The room is small but comfortable, with abig TV and a very comfy bed. Bathroom is small but has everything.

All was excellent

Location was great and the queen size bed is a plus. The rooftop and the 24 free cafe was great so convenient!

The outside could be a little noisy at times but I’m a heavy sleeper
