Pros +
- This was a good hotel from which to plan our stay in Madrid. The staff was very helpful and informative, guiding us to tours, metro directions, handling and storing our luggage.
- Room was awsome with the big balcony, staff was so friendly
- cleanliness
Cons -
- Pay attention of the location before booking - it's in the business area not city center. I did not mind but others would be upset
- a bit away from the central city and a 15-20 minute walk to nearest metro cercanias
- no way to make tea

Super cozy neighborhood, very calm, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet, and very clean rooms.
The pricing is a bit too much for my one-night stay, and also for the location (a bit far from the closest metro stop, tho very cozy to walk at night).
The stay was amazing. David at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating when needing to upgrade our room.
Very confortable
The gym is not the best. Away from the citycenter. But the metro station near by and bring you directly in the city center.
The beds were comfortable.
We arrived right around 11pm... the restaurant was closed and they do not have Room Service. There was nothing around so nowhere to find food.
Very small rooms, no water, paper thin walls! You can hear everything!Staff was awesome! Breakfast was good.
Process! Booked w BF included for two…hotel said no! Tried to explain to no luck. Have always booked for two.
The breakfast was excellent with a lot of different flavors. The staff was friendly and polite the whole time. They helped us to keep the luggage even after the check out so we could enjoy the city before taking the flight. We also appreciate that the hotel received us immediately even though we booked the rooms thirty minutes before arriving to the facilities.
The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and the room and facilities are fine. We didn't use the swimming pool but it was looking ok. Breakfast was also fine and with enough variety.
The first room that was assigned to us was very small and had an issue in the bathroom with some bad smell
Location is good
We got a first room with issues in the bathroom and bad smell, the hotel team changed the room but they weren’t very supportive
Restaurant and bakery with a short walk
To far from city
Room are big enough, has good space everywhere
At the beginning they give me standard room which was very small,
The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful, we felt right at home. We got a kettle and mugs, and a baby cot. The windows had adjustable blinds. Lots of free street parking and a small grocery store nearby. Breakfast was very good (even though for whichever reason it was actually in the hotel next door)
The room was great, wrap around balcony too!
Restaurant not open, although it was out of season, so understandable
Room was nice and comfortable but the photos are misleading as our room was very simply decorated.
Plain design of the room and we had to walk to a sister hotel for breakfast.
Nice neighborhood, nearby a nice supermarket and bakery. Metro station not too far away.
Very bad gym, works only by 10pm. No dishes, forks, knives and spoons in the apartment. No body lotion in bathroom. Generally nothing is too nice and fancy.
Great modern hotel , just 15 minutes from the city by metro
Typical extortionate drink and food prices
We had a place to stay
Too expensive, the staff was not very good, breakfast was too late, the heating didn't work until we asked for a repair, and the listing looks better on Booking.com
