The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The dining options were very limited and the breakfast cost 10 euros.

Cleanness Hotel, I ever been, spotless! Very important at this time.

Very nice room and quiet location.

The only thing is that it is fairly far from the city centre, but a 20-minute bus journey right infront of the hotel takes you there.

All was perferct

We got a room that was full of smoke so the hotel upgraded us to the room with a terrace. It was wonderful because the garden is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff very professional and friendly

There are no restaurants or shops nearby. Uber can take 15 minutes to arrive. It’s really far from anything

Room was very clean and spacious. Great air con. Free easy parking. Short drive to Aravaca Station which is just 1 stop into the centre of Madrid

Hotel under renovation so the reception is in a small room and it feels a bit sad!

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was nice. I needed a room earlier and they helped me out.

Construction is going on so some facilities are not open like restaurant and bar.

The location is very nice but if you do not have a car you could find some difficulties. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff all spoke good English. Went out of their way to help us out. The hotel has a charging point but we were not able to charge as the station was offline. The staff really tried to help but we only stayed here for 2 nights so by the time anything could be done we had to leave. The hotel is impeccably clean. Restaurant is undergoing maintenance and I think even the reception area. Shaded parking space available. Very comfortable beds and great a/c.

The fact that we had trouble charging the car. It would have been wonderful if we were able to charge it overnight. TV channels only in Spanish. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

The staff is soo nice! We arrived really hungry at late hour and since their restaurant is under remodelling they have a list of restaurants prepared where you can order food. Very clean hotel. Calm neighbourhood. Swimming pool is refreshing. Safe hotel with its own covered parking so even low suspension cars can park there.

First administrator who met us in first day was not polite and don’t want to help us a lot

There is no restaurant and no restaurants close by. We had to use Uber eats for lunch and dinner. This was in no way communicated to us. And it spoiled the romantic vibe. It was our honeymoon and we had requested the romantic package which was a disappointment for the price. My husband had told them of my allergy but they did not cater to it.The facet in the bathroom was broken and we reported it twice but no one came to do anything.Deeply disappointed, particularly for the price

The property is nothing like the pictures, it was very run down and in desperate need of renovation. We feel like it was falsely advertised and they have either used AI for the photos or they are many years old. A complaint has been raised, however I have not heard anything back. We were meant to stay 4 days but we only stayed 1 day. There is nothing near by and the restaurant was closed and we were not informed of this. Very disappointed and I would not recommend staying here.

Swimming pools closed.. again wasn’t told until after payment was made at reception. Terrible. I appreciate places need revamping but customers should be told there’s no facilities or restaurants open before they pay
