    • Location, size of the room, friendly and helpful staff

    Cons -

    • breakfast was not included
    • Towels were old
    • - The room furniture is dirty, specifically the side seating and the rug.- A 'luxury' label is no excuse for shabby and unclean furnishings.- I left my charging adapter behind, but I wasn't contacted or notified about it after checkout until now.- The price is definitely not worth the value.

The location was great, the room was bigger than expected. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue at check in where we came in later in the day and they told us our room had a 'technical issue' and wasn't going to be ready for some time, it wasn't a pleasant experience but they later made it up for us at checkout and it was a very nice gesture from them.

    Location was prime

There is a DJ in the lobby. Every night you will hear loud music until midnight. Genuinely don’t understand why a hotel where people pay to sleep has a loud dj in the lobby. The walls are useless you can hear everything everywhere. Room was charged for things we didn’t order and the reception charged my card even though I informed them numerous times that everything was already paid they still charged and I’m waiting for them to reverse the transaction. We requested rooms close to each other a month ahead, that was not accommodated and no efforts were made to do so during are stay even though we requested it. A lot of the staff seem just to want get things done quick not genuine. Attention to detail in the room was lacking. Housekeeping staff were superb.

Overall had a positive experience. The service was good, the location was excellent, and the room and interior design were quite impressive. Breakfast was decent, although it could have been a bit better. The lobby was lively and full of energy, which I really enjoyed.

However, the major downside—and quite a shock—was the parking fee. For less than 24 hours of parking (from 6:45 PM to around 2:00 PM the next day), I was charged 90 euros, which is extremely overpriced compared to the usual rates in Spain (typically around 25 euro per day ). It felt like I was charged for two days instead of one, and that was the most disappointing part of my stay.

The location and the spaciousness of the rooms

The decor is a bit outdated

Overall, BLESS Hotel Madrid is a very good hotel. The location is excellent — just steps away from the main shopping street, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.

The only downside was the restaurant pricing. We found the food to be overpriced; for example, four small sandwiches cost us EUR 140, which felt unreasonable.

I liked the location and amenities

I found that the hotel was great overall. The only think I i dint like from a 5 star Hotel was the staff they were just not welcoming and the luggage reception at the entrance was inexistent during our stay.

Love the roof top terrace pool and the restaurant. Loved our room, the hotel staff, restaurant food was amazing.

    9RawanPosted on: 7-14-2025

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, and very friendly staff.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast area — it was quite dark with limited natural light, the variety of food was lacking, and some of the cutlery wasn’t clean.

Great location, amazing roof top, great food.

    6MashaPosted on: 5-24-2025

    Great location. Nice rooms.

The staff was very unresponsive. Took several reminders to get anything done. Also the hotel didn't respond over email to our questions. The pool was closed and we were told about it on the day of arrival. We booked the rooftop restaurant but were told the week before that it got closed for renovations with no support to rebook. The water pressure in the showers was non existent. The DG in the lobby restaurant was very loud.
