Eurostars Puerta Madrid

The hotel was extremely clean, great housekeeping, with comfortable beds, modern lobby with great ambiance, and a very friendly staff. Located near a residential area in a safe neighborhood.I got a great deal on this hotel and it was definitely worth it.

My one and only issue would be the location. Although the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, the closest bus stop to get to the city center is about 17 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Not the most convenient, but we made it work.

Rooms were clean

No coffee in room and no availability to coffee till 8. Air condition wasn't that good. Couple traveling with us had warm room many times.

This hotel From me and my husband we loved it very clean and nice details easy to get to the city and avoid spending and taxis I recomend this hotel to my friends

The shutle service to the airport does not work 24 hours and starts everyday late in the morning.

the location is a bit far from the center specially if you're using public transportation during your trip in a car is not so bad but it's close to the airport

The price was amazing a lot better than I though, the hotel staff in the Evening was amazing

Old, breakfast not too good, coffee its from a machine that tasted burned eggs not tasty at all, old fruit and too expensive by what is offered as a property

No water to drink. Veryyyy far from city center, with nothing to see nearby, not even a supermarket to buy daily needs.

Parking garage was ample for my SUV.Elevators worked well.Decent check-in procedures.

Bathroom had mold present in the shower (didn't see it until the following morning). We did appreciate the change in rooms the following day.Heating was not easy to control in either room and could not urn down to sleep comfortably; thus had to open the windows but had to listen to freeway noise all night long. (Not sure if this is a Eurostar Hotel issues overall since I had the same problem in Seville).Lobby restaurants were confusing - couldn't order a burger in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby; the next couldn't order a special salad in a lobby from the adjacent restaurant - ultimately had two separate checks to pay.

Rooms were clean and bathroom also.

My key to get to my hotel room didn't work twice but the front desk was able to help.

Cleanliness was top notch

Staff is inhospitable. There was no kettle/ no water / no glass to drink water in the room, though it was the high end suit room booked. No one was smiling. They were not forthcoming with any help. I had to ask repeatedly for the same thing again and again to get things done. Won’t stay again at the same property.
