Meliá Madrid Serrano

Great location, great hotel!! I highly recommend Melia hotels especially the level rooms with added services. Room was comfortable, clean, spacious, had turn down service with water and chocolates daily. Would stay here again. Parking available.

The location is not bad, but nothing much around unless u walk a little.The breakfast got lots of variety that was fair. Vegan milk was a huge plus for meThe food was just ok but nothing creative and I found it a little oily.The staffs at the reception was mostly nice. The service people was fast to respond.The room service was fast and efficient.Comfortable hotel for business stay.

I got a room that stunk for 3 days until I changed my room for the rest of my trip. They tried everything but nothing worked till we changed room. Really doesn’t justify as I paid quite expensive for the connecting family room.The breakfast staffs not very impressive and I found them pretty idling and not that friendly as expectedThe breakfast was oily and same everyday, the slices of ham was horrible and dry but the breads, croissant and cakes were nice.Lots of business people but not for family

Excellent location of the hotel, wonderful restaurant, friendly staff.

Poor soundproofing. I could hear everything: water running through the pipes, people walking around, doors slamming. The noise level was colossal.

There was some dificult in the temperature control of the room, otherwise was excelente, Í highly recommend the Hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, well Locatel, The Level floor pretty good

We paid 2 rooms same price but once was bigger than te other one

The position is great and so does the room, the amenities and the breakfast. Super recommended.

Great location

The room smelled of smoke and was very warm and the room was also basic for the price

Great hotel, fantastic location, breakfast, and staff were very friendly, attentive and professional, will come back again
