Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid

What a pleasure going back to Only You! We had a great time. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the hotel is so beautifully decorated and breakfast is something really wow! We stayed at the Blue Suite, super spacious and with its own patio,lovely. Located in the centre of Madrid, I don’t think this hotel I any less than perfect.

Bar service was slow.

The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Our room was the garden suite and it was large, spacious and very comfortable. The location is walking distance to great sites and restaurants.

This was our second time at this hotel. We love the location, ambiance, and staff. We were a bit disappointed that they changed the bar/resturant into just a restaurant or event room. It used to be a wonderful place to get a drink and sit at the very appealing circular bar. Now, to have a drink at this hotel, you need to go to a smaller bar, that is not as relaxing. However, lots of great/delicous restaurants in very close walking distance.

We were impressed by the historical architecture of the hotel building and the meticulous attention paid to every detail, from the entrance to the elevator. The kind attention of the staff at reception, their sincere and prompt responses to all our questions and requests, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the beds and pillows, and the lack of noise problems despite its central location were all positive aspects.

Staff, with Ivan notably at reception, were exceptionally warm and helpful. This is my fourth visit in a year I believe. I will be back as soon as I head to Madrid. Just love it there.

My sure want a suite it was a loft room - nice room but not a suite.

Breakfast was fine but uninspired. Restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and bathroom large and well laid out.

All staff were friendly but front desk staff not well informed about restaurant recommendations (they did not really know of good seafood or any thai restaurants and simply googled as I could have done) or train schedule on Saturday to Toledo. I was told there were trains every 20 or 30 minutes from Toledo back to Madrid. It was suggested that I book my return to Madrid at 6:45 which was far too much time as I arrived there around 10:00 a.m. By 2:00 when I wanted to return, believing there were frequent trains, I was told there were no return trains available before my scheduled train andI had to take a taxi for 120 Euros back to Madrid because I did not want to waste the day sitting in the station. My suite on the 4th floor was beautiful but very cold despite turning the temp to 30 degrees celcius. Weekend housekeeping forgot to leave towels and wash cloths - not a big deal but had to call to get them delivered.

room was not well kept prior to my check in.dirt spots around the shower.staff were not aware of the happenings around the hotel or city.rooms are tiny and hard to move around.room service staff didnt understand english and services were not easy to complete.humidity smell around the room.

Location is great, very clean, breakfast very good, staff super helpful and polite. Design of the hotel is great also. Reception allowed me to have a late check out which was very much appreciated.

The pillows, there was 8 on the bed and all were hard. Did not have a comfortable nights sleep.

A very stylish and artistically decorated Boutique hotel in a very central location - we walked everywhere. We upgraded to a beautiful loft room after asking for total peace and quiet. Slept wonderfully with thick curtains, and excellent mattress and pillows - we were offered a choice of 5x different pillow types. Something that has only ever happened to us in Spain.Excellent (included in rate) full breakfast at any time of the day! (A la carte after 11:00) Long breakfast times are a great relaxing concept - again has only ever happened to us in Spain.

Bathroom is very small for a higher-end loft suite, and the shower arrangement is not great - a heated towel rail with towels within the shower cubicle is not ideal.Note: There is a staircase to get to the room. We did not mind it and were helped very efficiently with our luggage but might not be for everyone.

This was a beautiful property - we absolutely loved our room. We upgraded to their suite with beautiful exposed wooden beams, there was a Christmas tree, and terrace. Lovely experience. So comfortable, like staying in an apt.

Loved everything, not a bad thing to say! Would definitely rebook everytime we come. Top tier service and hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone - the location cant be beat.
