    Pros +

    • The staff was super friendly, the hotel is amazing, they had free snacks and drinks, hot tea, and coffee. It was amazing as we came late to the hotel and were happy to get something to eat. The whole decoration of the hotel is super nice, and everything was clean, really, above any expectations. The shower was great, too. However, the ventilation system in the hotel room was not the best; everything got damp after the shower, and the air-con did not help much.
    • I travel a lot, and this is honestly one of my top 3 hotel experiences.ARTIEM Madrid exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The room was quiet and spacious, with an excellent bed and high-quality amenities. The breakfast is outstanding with plenty of fresh options, and the 24/7 snacks and drinks area is a BRILLIANT CONCEPT — such a thoughtful touch after a long day out.The staff were consistently kind, professional, and attentive. A special shoutout to the general manager — even without meeting him or her personally, the quality of the management clearly shows through the team, the organization, and the overall experience. And a special mention to Carlos at the reception — outstanding. Welcoming, attentive, natural, and incredibly professional. He reflects perfectly the spirit of the hotel.Just a small suggestion: having slippers available in the room would add an extra layer of comfort.Overall, exceptional value for money. I would absolutely stay here again!
    • Everything was absolutely great! We especially loved having a buffet area where you can work with a coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.Thank you very much for the wonderful service!

    Cons -

    • The beds are two separate beds put together as one. The bedsheets felt super nice; however, there was some polyester content in them, so we sweated a lot and could not sleep well at all. What a shame. Other than that, wowza, super cool hotel.
    • It was a bit too warm in the room at night. We probably could have turned on the air conditioner, but being half asleep, we didn’t manage to))
    • The boys said, for some reason, their phones weren't fast charging there, but it might not be the hotel's issue; it might be the European plugs they had instead of Irish ones. Breakfast was lovely, but they said it would be nice to have more choices. My husband added that, probably, on that side of Europe people don't eat as much breakfast as the Irish

Spotless, confortable and quiet! Large choice for breakfast and the availability of snacks and drinks 24/24 is quite nice. I warmly recommend this fantastic hotel. Staff is nice and always available.

The staff were lovely: very helpful and kind. And the whole setup is surprisingly generous. There's a snack corner near the breakfast room where they have food and drink at all hours - for free! Sandwiches, guacamole, salads, veg soup, pastries. Available always and refreshed regularly. There is free wine and beer, and an "honour bar" of premium beers and other alcohol which you do pay for. Nice big breakfast with lots of choice, and it's included in the price of the room. They offer five or six types of pillow, mostly different levels of firmness - you let them know which you'd like, and the cleaning staff brings them to the room. Something about the location: it's a quiet neighbourhood, not quite in the centre of Madrid, but the 21 bus stops right across the street and a new one appears about every 5 minutes. There's also a metro at Barrio de la Conceptión, about a 10 min walk from the hotel.

We have no complaints, but some suggestions. Some luxury hotels have a Nespresso or similar in the room. They're not what you would call a luxury hotel, but we like that they emphasize sustainability. The rooms have a kettle for boiling water, and some tea bags and instant coffee. When the tea in the room ran out, it wasn't automatically replaced, but the desk provided tea bags when asked. The coffee machines at breakfast are alright, but the standard for espresso coffee in Spain is in general so high, they were a bit of a disappointment. Also, it would be really handy to have a few hooks near the door of the room for coats and such (it's winter, so we pretty much always wore our heaviest jackets). We appreciated the fact that there were plenty of hangers in the closet.

We had a wonderful stay at Artiem - the hotel was up their standards of 4-star quality. The staff were cordial and very efficient. The breakfast buffet was delectable and fresh. The personnel were also very helpful as well as friendly. We would defenitely recommend this establishment to family and friends. We think the only inconvenience is that it's a 30min.commute by public transport to the center of town.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless and beautifully cleaned every day, which we really appreciated.Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with great variety and quality. On top of that, the "free" complimentary snacks and drinks were such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special.I will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time I’m in Madrid. Highly recommended!

highly recommend staying here! early check in, 24/7 coffee/tea machine and snacks at the lobby (which aren't your basic cookies or nuts but actual salads, sandwiches, quiches, freshly popped popcorn, yogurt, fruit juice, soup etc which is all included in your stay!) room was extremely spacious, clean, quiet and they have a pillow menu as well. was the best place I stayed at during my entire trip!

the bus stop to and fro the airport is 1km away so its approximately a 14 minute walk but worth it in my opinion as the bus only costs 1.50 euro as opposed to taking a taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and kind. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room itself was spacious and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the free food and beverages on the ground floor, a much-appreciated touch.Breakfast offers a wide variety. There was even a kitchen-style area where guests could order freshly prepared items like scrambled eggs, omelets, and bacon. The location was also convenient. The transfer to the airport was quick and easy, thanks to the nearby express bus.We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid.

The hotel atmosphere inside is excellent very quiet and very friendly, the staff are exceptionally friendly and very nice. Special thanks to Laura who hosted us very well at the reception. The following days, all the staff were vey helpful and kind. The location is just opposite to a bus stop where it took us to the nearest metro station. The rooms are very clean. The hotel serves snacks and sometimes soup around the clock with endless free soft drinks and hot drinks and sandwiches.

HOW CLRAN AND NICE THE STAFF WAS. I like it served SNACKS 24/7. ALONG WITH A BUFFET BREAKFAST OMELETTE COOKED TO ORDER.

    NO POOL.

Hotel located outside Madrid centre, very friendly staff. Free drinks and snacks throughout the day, ideal place to get your work done as well. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. Breakfast very good and fresh.

Location will take you a € 25 Uber ride to centre. Also I chose the hotel for the Parking, but upon arrival it was so tiny (pillars and low ceiling) that I couldn't park my car there. Additional € 50,- a day in a Public Parking.

    Good range and healthy Options

It was a touch expensive for a hotel so far out of town. But that is also what made it nice and quiet.
