Great location and very modern

You could hear the TV and the people talking in the room next door. Also it would be nice if you had another English speaking TV channel as the one available reported news 24/7. An English speaking movie channel would have been great

Such a sweet boutique hotel, big room, great for extended stay. Loved the staff, especially. Breakfast was great

Only complaint was Internet was not great

the room was spacious. the location was oK although a bit far from main attractions. The bed was large and the sheets were nice and clean and ironed well.

The room was not clean. there were dust balls on the floor and the bathroom floor was cleaned with something oily. so my feet got sticky. The tables were not cleaned well.

Great value, centrally located, all staff extremely pleasant. Well-sized room. Large, beautiful breakfast space filled with light.

Well-designed rooms but a little dated.

The hotel apartment was very clean. Good location but not excellent. A little far from main parts but nice. Staff were friendly

The TV was awful. Not any international channels even CNN, BBC and worse than it, there was not a smart tv so you can’t connect your phone to it and watch your favorite channels. For such a hotel and in Madrid, you expect more. The breakfast was very very normal. Not so many stuffs and for 15 euro you can have much more better choices out there. Also there was a sink with no dishwasher liquid or dish sponge. And the worst was that there was no electric kettle in the room. So we couldn’t drink tea in the room.

The hotel was overall very quiet and the rooms were very spacious and equipped with a mini kitchenette. I was unsure of what size the "double bed" was, so we asked for a room with 2 beds and it was 2 double beds which was nice. The room had a decent amount of storage space as well for a few days. Rooms included 2 coffees, milk, 2 waters and were replenished every day. The room was also very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly. The AC was switched off for the season and the room was a bit warm to me, but the windows were able to open. There is an option to order food/drinks to your room and the front desk also has some items for sale you might want/need (i.e. wine/beer/soft drinks, etc.). But I do not think the hotel itself has a "restaurant" or bar, but there was an affiliated one next door (I did not try it). The hotel is a good location but not a ton is around if you are looking for night life. It was a short walk to the metro though. Since there wasn't a ton right around, it was quiet.

I don't think there was a tea kettle, which would have been nice to have. But there was a microwave. Otherwise no complaints, it was perfect for a short stay.

Nice, clean and spacious room and facilities with very attentive staff.

Would highly recommend the hotel to do something about the slippery bath tub before they have a serious fall from a client. It’s a set up for a fracture and lawsuit. Additionally, the water goes into the bathroom floor which is also very slippery.

everything was great, location was good, very central, near the place I was attending so had walking distance everywhere, safe area. room was good and big with good light. I would definitely come back!

The staff were great. I was able to get a very early check in from an early flight and a late check out. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet and in a great area for what I needed.

Our room was a junior suite, very large and comfortable. The big windows open to a garden. No street noice was noticeable. The staff was very gentle and accomodating.

A little retired from the main venues

Really super spacious room, great aparthotel in lovely Salamanca area, spacious bathroom too, very helpful staff at reception, kitchenette very useful.

Just a suggestion: since there isn't a dishwasher (and I was not expecting it) maybe just a bit of washing up liquid and a little sponge for washing the dishes would be appreciated, for longer stays.

This was a self-catering apart-hotel and our room overlooked the garden so there was no traffic / street noise. The kitchenette was handy, although no kettle for tea lovers. The shower was great and beds comfortable.The location was good both for local bars & cafes, but also close to a Metro station for easy access to the city centre.The staff were always friendly and helpful.

A kettle would be useful (there was a socket in the kitchenette for one).The shower screen was 100mm too short, so water tended to go across the floor.

Very nice hotel and staff was excellent. Close to Metro and stadium which we attended for event.

Couldn’t get a queen size bed instead they joined two twin beds. It was super comfortable.

Premium room a great size. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds & very easy accessible location. City stay well recommended.

Stayed several times. Always comfortable and I like the area which has a more local feel. It is a bit of a walk to the main tourist area though
