About

The Ibis Styles Madrid Prado is in Madrid’s Art Triangle, just over a quarter mile from Puerta del Sol, and 300 yards from Anton Martin Metro Station. It has stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV. Each of the hotel’s floors is dedicated to a different Spanish wine-making region and this is reflected in the hotel's décor. • I stay frequently at IBIS hotels, usually for convenience. However, this IBIS Styles Madrid Prado truly stands out.The location is excellent — perfect for exploring Madrid on foot. The staff were lovely and professional, from check-in to the breakfast team. The room was a good size, very clean, with comfortable beds and everything well maintained. The price (around €100 per night) is very fair for the quality and central location.Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — great variety and served until 11:00 AM, which is a big plus if you prefer a relaxed morning.Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

    Cons -

    • Nada
    • Sheets had stains on them. Had to change my own sheets when I found stains on them. Room service changed sheets next day but the changed sheets had stains again.
    • Thin walls, with wrong neighbours it may get a bit noisy

Very nice, small but functional room, clean, in a very good location, easy to access from the airport, and walking distance to many places. Breakfast is also very good with fresh fruits, good coffee.

The acoustics are not perfect, I was disturbed a bit at night not by the external noise (as the room was towards the courtyard), but by guests coming late and not realizing the doors are not well insulated. Could be good to put some notes in the elevator about this, maybe?

    Location, reception area and safety

Should have included complementary tea and coffee, water in the room

    10KennethPosted on: 1-15-2026

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Very good, professional & polite staff as well.

The price I paid was a bit higher I believe than the rate on the actual day of my reservation.

Location was perfect for getting around Madrid

The room layout was basic with poor ventilation for the bathroom area

    5OmarPosted on: 12-9-2025

    Excellent location and good staff.

The single bed room is very expensive for what it offers. It is super small yet very expensive.

The location was really good right in the centre of Madrid. The room was spacious and clean. On request the staff gave a kettle to boil water which was nice. Staff were very friendly.

The room was a bit stuffy. Had to open the windows multiple times to let in fresh air to get rid of the stuffiness.

Great location, within walking distance of all the attractions. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet hotel without big crowds or noisy parties. It was also nice to have a fridge and a ketle in the room.

Very good hotel in the city center, a few hundred meters from Piazza Mayor and the Prado Museum. Very good restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff is polite, fast and efficient. The room was a satisfactory size and very clean.

For the price we paid for the room, it is excessive to pay 2 euros for coffee that you make yourself. Also, the mattress in the room we stayed in probably needs changing. We will prefer it again on our next visit to the city.

    9DonnaPosted on: 11-5-2025

The hotel was in a good area. Very close to center and metro station.

The breakfast plates were most of the time empty. It took a long time to be replaced.

    8EminePosted on: 11-2-2025

Location was amazing! Staff was very kind and helpful.

There was some noise coming from outside — probably because the building doesn’t have good sound insulation. Bring your earplugs just in case.

    9LiadPosted on: 10-26-2025

Staff were nice. Room was clean. Everything was fine. Location is perfect.

Rooms are tiny. Also Not sure why but the front doors are locked until 9-10am so you kind of need to get the attention of the front desk to get in. I get it that it's a safety precautions for nighttime but at 9 am that's kind of annoying.

Clean, modern, terrific location, great breakfast

My room was internal facing, so not so good.
