Staff had to change room three times due to heavy smoke smell in each room they assigned to use. This is an outdated run down building. The rooms smell like mold and the carpet is stained. I told my kids to sleep with their clothes on.

Hotel employee was so helpful and friendly. He helped us plan our tours and booked the Flamenco dinner show for us. The room has a small kitchen with a fridge, plates, cups and pans for our use.

The spacious room and the kitchen in it, great staff helpfull and friendly!

We were on the smokers floor, but inly the hall smell like smoke but not the room so it was ok!

It's not so comfortable and it's noisy. There's no really good relation quality-price.

Excellent location - less than a 3min walk from the Plaza de Espana metro station and close to restaurants and bars. Extra facilities like microwave and the room was quite spacious.

The hotel was slightly old.

Great location. Great staff. Great size room.

Air con unit was so loud you couldn't leave it on when you want to sleep. It was just old and needs replacing. We stayed January which meant the room was cold. Also the bathroom had no heating and was freezing due to the winter conditions.

Excellent position.Very close to GRAND VIA, approximately 2min, and to palace app 3 min. Some rooms are renovated, while others are old furnitured

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Location very good and close to centre of Madrid. Rooms were very generous in size and fully equipped. WiFi was also excellent.

Only a small thing, but would have liked a second access fob for room.

As i got the premium room, the room was good, can't complain. But the hotel facilities were very poor, nobody at reception many times, breakfast is in a cafeteria outside the hotel, no room service for dinner. Would not come back.

The size of the room exceeded my expectations for our family of three. Very clean & comfortable. Excellent central location. Had a 6th floor room with handy kitchenette. Nice bathroom amenities (including robe and slippers) provided as well. Friendly front desk staff (24/7).

I have no constructive feedback. My expectations were exceeded. We had to turn our keys in when we left as the elevators didn't appear to have security on them.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Facilities as expected & hotel is clean. Hotel may want to add dish soap and sponge for unit with kitchen facility.

Distance to the main area like Gran Via shopping area, plaza del sol and plaza mayor a little far from what I expected. Elderly may find it far and tiring as there is slight slope heading to the hotel. No issue for youngsters, fit or avid travellers, or people used walking as primary mode of commuting daily. Despite the hotel located 3 mins walking from the metro station, the metro stations across madrid have lots of stairs to reach its platforms and every exit, and most of them are not accompanied by esclatators or lifts.

Nice room with a small kitchen, comfortable bad and nice bathroom.

There was no way of making coffee in the room, so no coffee unless we went next door to their coffee and breakfast shop.

The location was great. The rooms were spacious.

It was 8:39 am and the housekeeper without knocking decided to waltz in our room and attempt to clean when checkout is at noon. No heads up or anything. It was embarrassing and inappropriate. Next time, if the front desk hasn’t received our key to checkout, assume people are still there. It was so distasteful honestly.

Location, elevator and comfy beds. Across from the park so had tree views. Noiseproof windows despite proximity to traffic. Bathroom shower was hot and good pressure

Aircon was intermittent. Kitchen supplies not useful. Had to visit reception to collect toaster and kettle (why we wanted a kitchen)Waited 20 for service at reception despite no other customers.
