They were quite accommodating with changes in the reservation.

The location was not as good as expected, and almost everything in the neighborhood was closed when we arrived. The bed was not very comfortable, and it was hard to connect to the wi-fi.

There are a big construction out off hotel just 20 meters. Understand that is government construction but if hotel are sincerely to share information could be accepted but no information. Imagine that u have to walk in and out 5 days during stay with dirty shoe and pant.

Hotel experience does not reflect a four-star standard

During my stay, I had an unpleasant interaction with a front desk staff member, when I asked a simple question about slippers, he responded rudely and dismissively, saying “only for suites,”!without any apology or professional explanation. This was my very first interaction upon arrival after a long and exhausting journey. There was no warm welcome, no basic hospitality, and no introduction to the hotel facilities or services.I raised this issue to management, and I would like to note that the hotel manager handled the situation very well. She apologized sincerely, acknowledged that the behavior was unacceptable, arranged a room change due to external construction noise, and sent an apology gesture (water and sweets). Additionally, due to my flight delay, I was allowed a late check-out until 8:00 PM, which I appreciated.However, the overall hotel experience does not reflect a four-star standard:•Soundproofing is extremely poor. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms is clearly audible.•The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated.•Drinking water is not provided in the room; guests must go downstairs to obtain it, which is inconvenient and potentially unhygienic due to shared contact surfaces.•During the last two days of my stay, I felt unwell with gastrointestinal symptoms. I also observed other guests showing signs of illness, which raised general hygiene concerns, possibly linked to shared contact points such as communal water access.•Housekeeping staff were unable to communicate in English.•Basic amenities such as tissues are provided only upon request and in very limited quantities.•Despite the hotel’s large size and multiple floors, the service quality and room standards do not align with four-star expectations.Overall, the hotel requires significant improvement in comfort, hygiene standards, staff training, and room quality.I will not repeat this stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to friends.

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel

Only the lack of swimming pool because of the season. But this is not a big deal. I guess the real reason probably menu in room service. I was keen to order but as vegetarian had no option. There should be option to order things like artichoke without ham, or veggie burger instead

A cool style and comfortable room, along with friendly staff. There was a minibar with ok prices, and alot of mirrors in the hallways.

Not great value for money. The water was brown, and we had to leave it running 5 minutes before the colour became clear. The room was quite cold, and the area is under construction, so the view was not great.

Good location, high-end hotel. The restaurant was a bit uncomfortable, but I guess it was because it was peak season.

The Staff was very sweet and nice. The breakfesr was amazing. The romm was clean.

If you want to have sleepless nights, stay in this Hotel. We have not slept for 4 Nights. The walls are like from paper. You can here everything from the floor and fron other rooms, like Everythiiiiing. And you are awake every 20 Minutes or you can not sleep because neiggbours are to loud at 03:00 a.m.And there is construction work going on in the street and your day begins at 08:00. with headache. I will not stay here again and will not recomwnd it to others.
