    Pros +

    • No hot water on the first night after I returned from dinner. Staff lied about what happened "a large group just checked in and used up all the hot water". Told me to simply wait a couple of hours for hot water (this was midnight already!).
    • My bf arrived in Madrid early in the morning, and they allowed us to check in at 9am without extra fee.
    • I have chosen this hotel because it's very close to the company I'm visiting for business for my event of two days, and it was perfectly fit as one of the closest ones of the two hotels that are close. I like that it has a gym as well, even though not as extensive as I would expect. The rooms are comfortable, with a way of ventilation in it of the windows. The staff were very helpful and cooperative, and the breakfast was also good.

    Cons -

    • Next morning, still no hot water. Manager apologized that the entire wing had malfunctioning heater & could fix in time. Moved me to another wing. Upon checking out, staff told me hotel "shuttle" had to be pre-booked. None of this was ever said @check-in!
    • The color choices of the decoration weren't of my taste. The entry from the back side is confusing. You would walk and walk, and you would expect that you would reach, but it takes a little bit longer. I recommend adding signs that you have to walk walk walk in English until you reach, and the signs should be clear. I arrived at night, and I was almost lost until I called them by phone and they guided me. The taxis don't know, and they would sometimes put you at the front entrance. So they will put you in the backward entrance, and it's an abandoned old hotel on the back end of the building.
    • Shower of room number 811 gets really hot out of nowhere. Netflix doesn’t work on the tv . No lockers on the bathroom

    Clean

The bed wasn’t a double, were two twins that set a part all the time, the fridge was broken and extra payments for parking

    Spacious bedroom, friendly staff

Far from the center of Madrid

Kudos to Christian, the young man at reception who checked us in. Friendly, cheerful and helpful yet professional. Keep up the good job, Christian. The room was spacious and very clean. It is not far from the Barajas Airport making it convenient for guests who are flying in from overseas. It’s also a short distance to the Chamartin train station and convenient for guests who are taking the train from Madrid to go to other cities in Spain.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel room in particular was the intense scent of the air freshener. I am asthmatic and allergic to several things including too much perfume, air fresheners, and the like. I hope housekeeping management takes into consideration that not all guests can tolerate very strong scents.

The rooms were clean, near the airport(15 min by car), 25 min from city center by car. The staff was friendly.

The pathing was expensive 18€ per night. The water in the shower flipped from hot to cold during the shower.

You are both a f****** scammers, booking.com and this hotel you are both scammers you booking.com doesn't clarify the booking is not refundable at the beginning and you try to scam me but f*** you I get my refund from my bank so go f*** yourself f****** scammers I'm never going to book through this freaking websites anymore.

I said you both m************ commerce booking.com and that hotel he gets a freaking combination of scam bag

It is a good alternative when you don’t want to stay in the city. 15 min from the airport. Breakfast if not included costs 13€. The area is a residential neighborhood with supermarket and restaurants. Park near by for a 5k hike. Las Tablas metro station for public transport.

I liked the hotel because of its proximity to the place I was visiting, the kindness of the reception staff, and the peaceful atmosphere of the location

Ididn't like the difference in the price between what I booked online in one currency and what I actually paid in another currency

    5AníbalPosted on: 1-24-2025

    I liked the room.

I didn't like the breakfast, there were no other alternatives, not enough fruit. You had to order what you want to eat. I think breakfast should be available, the person doesn't even need to ask for it.

Clean, spacious room with a variety of hotel amenities, good quality bed & linen and staff that is always willing to help. The breakfast is excellent!

Quite far from the city centre about an hour from the main sightseeings. Metro station in 15 minute walk.

    8FatimaPosted on: 12-9-2024

The location was practical and walking distance from offices around and not far from the airport. The room although quite small was very clean and fairly confortable. The buffet for the breakfast was good.

The hotel rate is a bit expensive. Difficult to get to downtown with public tranportation. Part of the neighbourhood is unbuilt areas.. A bit challenging for a woman walking alone in the evening.

This hotel is located outside of Madrid Center. It is a business hotel, so pretty much tailored to conferences, business meetings and other type of professional gatherings. The breakfast is definitelly the bigger plus of this Hotel. The rooms are also nice and spacious, and bed is quite comfortable. The existing Gym could definitelly be improved.

My worst experience on this Hotel were the curtains in the room. Since they are placed very fa from the window, it is not possible to have a dark room by closing the blackout. This is a nightmare for someone who is not an easy sleeper. The Hotel needs urgently to make the necessary refurbishments on the rooms. The floor on the ground floor should be replaced by wood, which would make Hotel's Lobby way more comfortable for it's guests.

The hotel was lovely Clean and very spacious we had the family room which was very big and perfect for our stay

There wasn’t much near the hotel Thankfully we had a car so I could go out to get food and have a look about

Really good hotel, a little ways out of the city but great for the airport. Charmartin train is also pretty close

Lack of Gluten free options and not a great choice of other food either.
