I stayed 3 nights at Novotel Campo De Las Naciones and i am extremely satisfied! The location was perfect for attending a 2-day event at IFEMA Madrid and the Metro station is a 3 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and I got a warm welcome from the staff everytime i walked inside the hotel. My room also had a nice baththub, i did not expect it! The breakfast was amazing, there is so much delicious food to choose from, i'm so happy i had breakfast included with my reservation. I will definitely return in the future, maybe in the summer it's even better because the public pool looked so nice, but it was too cold during my stay. I recommend this hotel!

Great bedroom - good size, comfortable bed and very clean. Good location - easily accessible and not too far away from city center.

The bathroom door frame and moldings were rotten and over painted. I expect this for 1 start, not 4 start hotel. Also the HVAC has problems, extremely condense in the windows at the morning. Stay away from room 330

The location was good.

The rooms have mold around the window and no mini-fridge to store our drinks. The elevators are always crowded; for the price, I don't recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. Quiet location that had a metro close by and easy access to central Madrid. Also rooms were very clean and the cleaners were available to clean and make your room up at all times of the day, which I appreciated. Also liked the small gym, that although basic had everything I needed, this was also nice and tidy and clean. Huge park near by and good restaurants.

Very difficult to get the temperature of the room up. I like a warm, toasty room in winter, of at least 24 degrees, took a few hours to reach this temperature, and sometimes unable to. Heating/ AC unit didn't pump out hot air and at times felt very cool. Think the main system was set to a general top temperature for the hotel, so you didn't really have control over the temp in your own room. Also room went cold almost instantly when you turned off air temperature control. TV sound had a highest audio setting which on some channels was very low so you couldn't hear from your own bed. Felt a bit like a child control had been put on it.

From the reception desk to the restaurant and to housekeeping, every staff member was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and even when the dining area was busy, there were always enough seats — we never had to wait. The lobby was pleasant, offering a comfortable space to rest and wait. The location was peaceful, away from the city center, yet it remained convenient with easy access to the metro and taxis.

The sink faucet was not very convenient. The room had very few power outlets—only one by the bedside and a second one if we unplugged the telephone. Our child was a bit disappointed that the hotel did not have the Angry Birds game screen which he found in other Novotel hotels.

The price/quality and the great connection with city centre.

The gym wasn’t clean enough and there’s only 2 or 3 types of fruit in the breakfast.

Since it’s christmas time the staff gave us a free parking on our first night. I love the facility, it smells good and really clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

We had breakfast but didn’t like the bacon as it was chewy and hard. Not enough choices.

We booked at the last minute as our Airbnb was very noisy with construction work.No one told us there was noisu construction work here as well!!Also our room(157) was next to a very noisy drainage pipe.
