the hotel rooms was much smaller than advertised.

The service was outstanding. Everyone is focused on going above and beyond. Any question or concern would be brought up to staff and they always would be willing to help. I enjoyed the stay a lot. The room is big, great views, great shower.

The only thing that I¿d like to point out is that noise travels a lot in this hotel. If you are woken up easily you might want to request the highest floor so there is no sound from upstairs. Also, the bathroom doesn¿t have a lock on the door

Excellent location, beautiful building, impeccable rooms, great bed, delicious breakfast, and wonderful staff all around! Special thanks to Cris, Nico, Rey and Fátima for their exceptional hospitality.

Parking on the street is limited to two hours, best to park in secured 24 hours across Paseo del Prado. Due to the zone, parking enforcement is regular; a 60€ fine is problematic to reduce in a rental car.

Staff was exceptional and the rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. Very well located to see many areas of the city.

The Staff was extremely helpful.

The bathroom sink is quite a bit odd as it is fancy but not functional since it is ver shallow, not deep enough to comfortably wash hands.

The staff is really friendly and helpful! We had a great room, quiet, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was good! They also accept dogs which is great!

Cleaning staff was very dedicated.

We witnessed the theft of two bags in the hotel lobby by a couple of strangers who pretended to be guests. When the victims complained about the incident, the hotel staff claimed that thefts occurring on the property were not their responsibility, but that of the local police. This is an unacceptable attitude of the hotel for a safety breach.

Very helpful an attentive staff, excellent breakfast, central location but not at all noisy, comfortable rooms.

The heating only worked with the keycard inserted, so it took a bit of time to warm up after entering the room.

Location was wonderful! Close to everything cultural. It's on a quiet street, but just off a main street, so you can't beat the location. Very safe neighborhood. My daughter and I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood after midnight.

I was shocked there wasn't any coffee in the room. For such a lovely hotel, this was disappointing. I've stayed in far less nice places with a coffee maker and cups. The tea selection was sparse (mostly decaffeinated), and the small paper cups were a joke. I have stayed in hotels all over Spain, and this was a first.

Great staff,(they went out of their way to make sure EVERYTHING was easy and comfortable) location, value, family accommodations. Fabulous breakfast (even my picky eater filled up before venturing out for full days of site seeing)

That we only got to stay three nights!

Perfect location close to the "golden triangle" museums and Parque de Retiro and a short walk to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Rooms were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. A nice hotel for a hip customer who wants to pay much less than the going rates at the nearby Ritz and Palace hotels. I'd stay here again. Very helpful staff.

Petite Palace lealted plaza is a beautiful hotel, perfectly located for easy access to all the Madrid highlights and right across from the large city garden. Our room was spacious with a balcony, the breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madrid.

I liked everything about the property

We had a late train into Madrid and appreciated how close this hotel is to the Atocha train station. We also spent a good bit of time at the park and Prado museum and it was very easy to walk to both. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It was quick cab ride over to the Palace. The room was clean, spacious and in excellent working order. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend for Madrid especially if you want to stay within walking distance to the Prado.

Bathroom door stop on the floor is a safety hazard.

Clean and comfortable. And, during the heat of the summer, the elevator and air conditioning were doubly appreciated!The location can't be beat.This was my second stay at the Petit Palace Lealtad, and if I make it back to Madrid I'll stay again.
