Beautiful rooms and beautiful over all. The hotel scent was wonderful. Great location.

We were so disappointed such a lovely hotel but when it came time to sleep we found dirty sheets, hair everywhere, they brought us clean sheet and made us change them that is not a 4 star hotel. Paid for a room with a terrace and got one with no terrace.

Room wasn¿t super clean you can see dust on tabletops. The AC was not working properly and the staff told me that hotel is fully booked so they can¿t move us to another room.

This is a beautiful hotel from top to bottom. The bar/restaurant has the most beautiful lighted stained glass. The room was completely perfect. The staff was amazing. But the location was my favorite part of the experience.

Pillows could be softer. Otherwise, perfect.

I received a free upgrade to a superior room and it was awesome. Lots of space, very comfortable beds and pillows, very good rest. The hotel has central location and the breakfast had plenty of options even for vegetarians, it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

They are refurbishing the lobby and there was work in progress.

The room door isn’t sealed so the sounds in the hall way all are in the room

It’s nice property put when i told the receptionist my airplane will after 3 hours she said you cant stay at reception when she knows i am leaving the country the real personality of her coming up , any where i think she is not professional, what happened if I stayed in reciption for 3 minutes ? Shameful on her

Elena took very good care of us. She researched a list of vegetarian restaurants for us to try and was in general very sweet.

Bathroom could use an exhaust fan.

I wish that there were more storage in the furniture, drawers in the nightstand or drawers in the dresser, coffee machine ! And i wish there was a soundproof doors ! You could listen to the housekeeping outside the door exactly

Check-In procedure was a bit complicated and slow. Visitor bathroom door lock did not work properly.

The night shift staff were so rude and unhelpful at all. I checked in during the night and I had too many luggages, they informed me that the trolley is broken and the bellboy shift has ended, so I have to carry everything myself (back and forth, up and down, several times since the trolley is even broken). I asked them for a help and they rejected telling me it’s not mandatory for them to help and if I need a help with my bags I should of have checked in at 5 stars hotel while this hotel is 4 star hotel only and as per the hotel standards they don’t help at all during the night.In addition, if you are coming with car or Uber to check in / check out the hotel entrance located in the worst place in the street after the traffic light immediately with no one to helping you out in the night with your luggage, you will find yourself stressed to get off the street.

We left a North Face black jacket in the wardrobe; I called hotel when I got back home, the same day as we left, on Sunday 18th about 20:00 and the jacket wasn't found there. There wasn't any new reservation after us, just cleaning but... magically no one saw the jacket. I'm 100% sure the jacket was there but.. well :)

It’s a gorgeous hotel, extremely well located and very nice design. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel smells great.

The air conditioning was not that cold and it was really hot in Madrid, so we would have loved if it was cooler.
