Staff was wonderful.

The room was reserved for two adults. We were not a couple. The bed was a size Full. Had my friend shared the room as originally planned it would have been uncomfortable.

Location is great, close to subway and everything

There are some mold in the bathroom caulking, the elevator is very small, the ladder to the bunk bed is very narrow and it hurts every time you use it

Very clean room and friendly staff.

Located across from a casino. Very noisy all throughout all of the nights I stayed. I suspect this is the norm. Not a good hotel for getting a decent night of sleep.

Breakfast room in the basement. However given the central location of the property it’s perfectly acceptable. The staff was very good. Accommodating. Friendly. And the hotel felt very clean and modern. Recommend.

Housekeeping staff are very noisy, work from early and take loudly and lock doors strongly, you hear their voices in your room … and sound of vacuuming also is very noisy and loud.

I traveled alone and got a solo traveler room. It was cozy and perfect for one person. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, walkable to many local attractions.

My room was very hard to get warm in the cold rainy weather in February. The warm air comes out by the ceiling and never made it down to the bed. It would be great for AC in the summer, though.

The staff are top notch and the cleanliness is great.

We were there in late December. There is no possibility to have a lower temperature than 23 degrees so sleep was rough. The windows can be opened but the noise from the street is something else. I particularly enjoyed the officer in the police car that finally fulfilled his childhood dreams of going up and down Gran Via with an active siren.

It was really nice hotel in the heart of the city. Very nice and friendly staff!! The breakfasts were very good, although very monotonous, the same set every day, but there was fresh bread every day. Excellent location, only 12 minutes to the Royal Palace and the Temple of Debod. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

The new renovation

Even their inside rooms are extremely loud. You can hear every door in hallway open and shut.

The lobby is like a Starbuck but they dont serve drinks

Prefect location to travel through the city by foot or metro. Newly renovated hotel but still kept historical charm. The room was much larger than we acpected.

The bunkbed in the family room felt like an afterthought and was rather wobbly.
