A case of mistaken identity led to the police approaching me aggressively at my room entrance—a truly terrifying moment. Once identities were verified and the error clarified, the very least we should expect from our host is a direct explanation, a brief legal clarification, an effort to de-escalate the situation, and an apology. Instead,, I was forced to go to reception to seek an explanation themselves

Perfectly located to explore the city of Madrid - easily accessible - excellent breakfast - friendly, efficient, polite staff. Luggage storage facility was very useful.

There was a very strong smell of bleach when we arrived, which we discovered hid a strong smell of damp in the bathroom. The walls were very thin, with seemingly very little soundproofing & we were kept awake until 3/3:30am by the loud guests in the room next to us.

The location is great, just a second from Gran Via street. Everything is close and the main attractions can be visited on foot. Restaurants and shops, metro stations and bus stops are nearby.The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaners clean the rooms nicely.

Classic rooms do not have slippers. The walls are thin and some doors are difficult to close, so the noise is sometimes too loud.

Located just off Gran Via on a little side street made exploring downtown Madrid easy! Nice room with modern bathrooms and comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent, offering many different options and the common room facility was very useful at times.

The location is close to everything, everything you needed to just get off and pick up. In general, the metro is also very close, which gives the hotel an advantage.In addition, the service at the reception was also very good and welcoming people, especially there was one guy whose name I don't remember. Thanks for all the help and answering questions.

We was booked two bedroom with two single bed. but end of just one has two single bed. The other double bed was not comfortable with two adult.

Convenient location in the city center, near to Gran Via metro station and Puerta del Sol. Comfortable bed, clean room, clean toilet of adequate size, friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Room size was small, outdated furniture, inadequate soundproofing as you could listen to people talking or watching TV in the next room.

Air conditioning did not function. It blew air and made a lot of noise, but it never cooled the air, so we had to sleep with the windows open in a noisy part of town. The room smelled strongly of cologne or perfume chemicals.

The room was a decent size (twin beds), modern and clean. Bathroom was also very nice. No carpet, fridge and safe in the room. The staff was super nice, answer all of my questions. Breakfast was decent, it was included in my reservation. Very close to metro/subway which was convenient. Felt safe. I would definitely go back.

Very close to the main street Gran Via so it was a bit noisy but it didn't bother us to much.

Very nice staff...helped with disabled room request upon arriving with no problem and smiles on their faces. They were very accommodating. We didn't try the breakfast due to timing of our tours but it looked delicious and very reasonably priced
