The personnel was so helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast. Hotel close to the Ciudad Lineal metro station.All we could hope for our first visit in Madrid.

This hotel must be one of the best "value for money" places I'v ever been to and I am a very frequent traveller. The staff is simply amazing, very kind, helpful and at your disposal 24/7. The premises together with rooms are very tidy, clean and comfy. Besides that, the location is simply amazing. It's 150m away from Ciudad Lineal metro station which is only 10 stations away (direct, line no. 5 - green) or 20-30 mins away from Gran Via and the city centre in general. To top it all off, the bus station containing numerous buses driving all around the city is just across the metro station. So, quite likely a perfect spot for budget travellers!

The only thing for us would be that the bathrooms are not heated for some reasons and we were there at the end of Jan, beginning of Feb but it suited us so we did not mind nor bother them.

The team is very professional, helpful, and empathetic. We especially thank Laura, Elena, and two other employees whose names we don't remember. They are all very kind. Blessings and much success. See you soon.

Bed head was a little overwhelming!

Loved the breakfast. Quite near to a local centre and a subway station, which is good.

The Breakfast was just perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

The cattle was not a part of the room facility. Even the staff kindly provided us one, the electricity was not strong enough and shut down.The kettle was not included among the room facilities. Although the staff kindly provided one upon request, the electrical power was insufficient to operate it and caused a shutdown.

The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the accommodation was good. The location was near the metro station. Nearby is a very good restaurant.

Nice room, very comfy bed, amazing breakfast that has vastly exceeded my expectations (bonus points for good coffee machine). The location is quite good too - it's right by a metro station and not far from the airport as well. Quiet street, little to no noise from the outside.

Ridiculously small sink in the bathroom and very cheap toiletries. It still felt a bit expensive for what you get but Madrid's stays are generally very expensive so in the end it's a pretty good value for money. Noise cancellation was good for the outside (quiet street) but not as good inside, you can hear people smashing their bathroom doors, but not too bad,

Great bed, very quiet and well isolated rooms, near the metro, very welcoming staff.

Excellent location, metro stop just up the road, and many local amenities. Room is spacious and bed very big. Great shower, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff, Would happily return

First floor with view over car park meant little privacy

The hotel staff especially Alina/Elina unsure of spelling went out there way to make our stay special for my partners birthday. On our arrival at check in Elina wished him happy birthday, gave him a little bear and when we arrived to our room there was a card from the hotel. Thank you so much

Staff is very attentive. Everything was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and washer had very good pressure. The hotel nailed the essentials very well and over delivered with a great breakfast and great attention from the staff.

The only thing this hotel could improve if they desire is modernizing the physical style of the rooms and bathrooms slightly, as it's a bit out-dated but this is just a nitpick of mine really. I didn't mind it too much since it's just aesthetic. They delivered in everything that was important for me.

Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Staff at reception was very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to change the room. Buffet breakfast was very good. Close to bus and metro station , quiet, leafy area. Hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were full sized and handy.

The fruits at the breakfast table were too cold.
