Petit Palace Preciados

Good location

The bathroom towel had a hole/tear in it. The bed was sunken in the middle, making it difficult to sleep.

Location, service

Location

Parking for vehicles !

Great location, breakfast and clearness

Location

The shower was broken and the room was much smaller than the Valencia property

The service and the location.

The condition of the whole hotel could be in better shape , but overall because of the location and the great service I will stay again.

Everything we needed, restaurant, stores, groceries, places to see, excursion is right at your fingertip. The center was always never without people. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.

Should have a fan in the bathroom, so that it doesn’t fog up. Also be informed that you’ll need outlet plug adapter.

Great location, friendly staff and cleanliness.

The room didn't have a place to put your luggage and was a little smaller than what I expected. The breakfast buffet could offer a few more hot choices.

Location was fabulous, right in the center of the historic city. Room was clean and bed was comfortable

The room was the size of a single’s dorm room, too small for a couple but nice for a single. It needs more outlets (has two in the bedroom, one bathroom) and a second night stand (no room for it tho)

Location, great breakfast

Room quite small, little noise from the street.

Location and attentive staff

the washrooms emits sewerage smell

location, robes in room, size of room with view

interior hallways dingy and old appearing. No facecloths in bathroom.

Perfect location - very nice, extended, healthy breakfast - big comfort room

Showerhead was broken - no own bar/restaurant or terrace

I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The room had very old furniture, pretty uncomfortable. Old. It really needs a renovation. Extremely expensive for the quality of the rooms. The AC was very loud, and I couldn.t find a way to turn on the heating in the bathroom.

Building / hallways weren’t the prettiest, room was very nice, shower great

The location is perfect, few steps away from the Puerta del Sol. The building has a beautiful charm and special feel. The room was big, bright and had several balconies and the bed was comfortable and very large.

The location

Whirlpool did not workShower did not workNo king size bed and even no queen size bed available

The location is one of the best qualities the property has, the second is the nice ambience.

The lift doesn’t always work, if there are more than 3 people or 2 people with a lot of luggage

Location. Staff was helpful and responsive to problems, particularly Marcos. Breakfast. Shower. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet room.

Air conditioning needed service. Bed sloped and was against one wall. Housekeeping was uneven. Closet was oddly shaped which made hanging clothes bothersome. Toilet was very close to the vanity.

The location was convenient and the staff were very nice

. The hotel is engaging in false advertising. I select my rooms based on size the room I booked was quoted at 197 ft.² which is my minimum the room was much smaller than advertised. I measured it myself. The room and bathroom combined were approximately 140 ft.², far below the advertised 197 ft.² I brought this to their attention, requested an adjustment and they did nothing! Travelers should be aware - you’re not getting what you pay for!
