I absolutely love this hotel. Another great stay and lovely room. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very cute. The hotel has a lovely restaurant.

There was a noise in my room at night from the window it made a sound with the wind was strong and it’s a humming sound. I did not have this on my last stay so the window needs checking in the room.

-Staff-LocationWe were greeted by a friendly & polite front desk called Nira. As a first timer in Madrid and unsure where to go. She make and extra miles to wrote a note and place it under the door. Really appreciate it.Walking distance to Bernabeu stadium and groceries store.

The location was excellent for our purpose (watch the match), the breakfast, the room, and the staff were all great. Nearby big shopping and tapas street. Close enough to the airport.

I was in madrid 1/2/26 for 1 night with my dad to see a football game. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Great value for money, great location, clean tidy and very good breakfast. Would definitely go back

We booked the hotel because it’s close to the Bernabéu Stadium. It’s very clean, the shower was warm, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was nice, but there is room to improve the options.

The bathroom extractor fan is not working.

The free wi-fi was slow/unreliable during peak times,ie 5-9pm.Also no USB sockets in rooms

Really big room, close to restaurant, metro and Bernabéu. We stayed around Christmas and the decorations in the lobby were great.

Breakfast has a lot of options but the eggs were oddly sweet. They charge for parking a tiny parking despite the pricey rooms

Location is out of the centre so we took ubers (very cheap!)

Modern, great location and easy to get into the city centre using the metro nearby! Perfect

The only negative was the rooftop bar was closed in December, however we found a couple in the city centre anyway to enjoy the views of Madrid.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone. The bathroom in the room was very spacious and well designed, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was close to Real Madrid stadium and metro station. But, not surrounded with tourists.Excellent breakfasts. Fantastic shower

Everything was amazing, the location of the hotel was just perfect cause my aim was to attend football matches in the Bernabéu, so the stadium was only few minutes walking from the hotel. The area was great with everything available around you. The room was great and clean with great size too. The staff were friendly and great. Surprisingly the speed of the WiFi was super good

Nothing TBH I didn’t like, maybe I was interested in the terrace they had on the roof to chill but unfortunately it was under maintenance.

Absolutely loved everything. The room is huge and the bathroom is spacious. I really enjoyed the gym. I also had a meal in the restaurant downstairs which was lovely.

the patatas bravas at the roof top bar were a disappointment. they were little steamed potatoes with some kind of red sauce and mayo. not spicy at all.

We liked the location of the hotel with easy links for the metro. The room size was generous and clean with a comfortable bed.

The room we had was next to a maintenance cupboard and the nose of the boiler was extreme at occasion and kept us awake. There was also significant road noise a couple of evening which I know can not be helped. Since staying I’ve read that most people received welcome drinks on arrival and we did not? Is this not a one rule for all?

over priced for the level of the hotel, limited services I even couldn’t get an adapter and no slippers in the room.

Disappointing

The staff is not helpful and they are not nice. The room view is the worst view ever. They need to work more on the hospitality protocols.
