The location of the property was excellent as well as it being very up-to-date and comfortable. It was a little pricey, but that’s probably about right for the fantastic location.

-Breakfast was terrible.-Beds too small with some kind of weird covers-Our bathroom had a funny smell coming from the drain of the shower.-No even a kettle, some tea bags or a complementary water bottle.-Toiletries were not on a level of a 4 stars hotel.

Excellent location 4 mins walk from Sol and Gran Via .This hotel is right in between .Very helpful staff and very nice size room keeping in mind small rooms in the centre,The room size is very good .

They didnt keep any kettle or coffee machine .We had to rent out the kettle for 5 euros per day keeping in mind its a 4 star and we paid quite a bit for the room .

No hot kettle is provided. We are staying here for 4 nights at a total cost of €891, yet a hot kettle must be rented from the hotel reception for €5 per day if needed, which feels more like a hostel-style charge.

Don’t do business with this...

This hotel is managed by dishonest people. They emailed me stating my reservation would be cancelled then charged me a no show fee and have refused to refund it.

Location is perfect!

Mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all. Couldn't sleep. Room is not sound proof - I can hear anyone walking i the hallway

Great location! The junior suite is spacious and perfect for our family stay. Nice Christmas dinner at the hotel restaurant!

Cleaned and great location, comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is within walking distance. El Corte Ingles and Puerta del Sol are literally two minutes away. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was more than sufficient and very tasty. We truly loved our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Madrid.
