Aparto-Hotel Rosales

Cleanliness, location , helpful staff We arrived earlier than check in time and we were provided with the room right away without extra charges.

Room was clean, nice bathroom.

Excellent location, spotless apartment, and very comfortable.

The kitchen could be more equipped

The location was handy for us. The room was very clean and artfully decorated. Also quiet (very nice)

The bed and pillows were firmer than I prefer.

The room was very nice and clean. We had double bed room with very comfy beds. The location is perfect, very close to the center and with excellent connectivity. A few minutes walk and you are on the free 001 Bus line which connects you to most of the attractions. Also the metro station is right there close to the bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was spacious, clean, adorable. The host was amazing, location was good.

The central location, close to shopping, metro and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I asked to be switched rooms and they promptly complied. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Everything was to my liking.

Great apartment overall.

Kitchen outlets need attending to.Staff stated explicitly that the apt was quiet and the street was not busy. I disagree. Would have greatly appreciated an apartment on a higher floor. Otherwise our stay was more than satisfactory.

The location was perfect for us, as was the size of the room.

They didn't vacuum the rug the first couple of days. We had to ask them to do that.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed having public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants close to the hotel.

Nice location, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, close to public transport, easy to find a taxi in front. I will stay again.

The ApartHotel Rosales is the perfect place for Madrid staying. Is liocated in Allguiere area, with good connection of Public Transportation ( metro, bus station) , very close to the Royal Palace and Templo de Debod, Sabatini Garden,. There are only few stops to Puerta del Sol and Plaza de Espana, The staff is very kind, helpfull and the apartment is very clean and big enough. We'll come back again!

We have nothing to claim

My son & I stayed at the Aparto-Hotel Rosales in late August for 4 nights. Our room was super spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was perfect! Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the allotted check-in time so they graciously stored our luggage so we could carry on with our morning (so much to do in Madrid!) I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wouldn't change a thing except for maybe a coffee machine. One of the mornings we had to get up very early, and it would've been nice to have some coffee available.

Close to metro, quite and clean

Our room was smaller than the pictures. In all the pictures there is sofa , but our room was smaller and without sofa

CleanSpacious roomPolite and nice staff members specially Irene

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn’t be better, it's in just a short walk to the center and right next to Moncloa station with buses and metro connections everywhere. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night.

Here’s a polished version of your sentence:“It was located in a quiet area. The room was clean, and there were plenty of shopping areas as well as metro and bus stations nearby.

There was no coffee available, but there were very delicious cafés nearby

Great staff, clean place, centric, excellent. I forgot a couple of items and received a phone call letting me know they had it at the front desk. Great stay.
