Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and nice room. Also, nice option to exchange the room cleaning for a breakfast, which was also quite good.

Good price to stay in Madrid compared to similar hotels near the centre. The included breakfast was nice.

The beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable, plus our air conditioning did not seem to function properly and the room was fairly warm on it’s lowest cool setting. We had to wait several minutes for staff to finish a conversation before checking in which I found strange.

Great hotel in a very convenient location! The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet, offered at an additional cost, was worth it—plenty of food and drink options, including a fresh orange juice machine that was a refreshing touch. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Great new hotel with very professional & friendly staff. From the Lobby members, breakfast staff, and the super nice housekeepers. Great breakfast and at the moment FREE parking. Highly recommended.

Staff is very nice and helpful, providing detailed information how to reach the center of Madrid. Room is cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast is good for this price.

Unfortunately hotel is located too far from the center and from airport. No any cafes and restaurants nearby only shopping center 20 minutes walking from hotel.

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last year and have had a great stay each time. We chose it because they accept pets. (20€ per night per pet.) Pets receive a goody bag. That's a nice touch. The bed/bedding/pillow were great. The room is spare, but we just don't care. It has clean lines and a minimal design. Perfect for a base camp to explore the city. The price point is perfect, making it a value stay.

The property was very nice and easy to find from the metro point nearby. The staff were very accommodating to us as foreigners in giving recommendations about the local area and providing additional items to help with our trip including an umbrella and a outlet adapter for our phone charger.

The staff are lovely and welcoming, the room is comfortable and have everything I needed.I felt safe to stay there as a female solo traveler.

The location is really far, there is not much to do around the hotel itself and public transportation is a little bit complicated to get there. But I knew it would be far from city center, and the price is low compared to hotels in the city center.

Comfortable and quiet room, big bed, and desk. Friendly stuff. Powerful AC. Mercadona and a big shopping mall is not far.

I needed to stay in that location specifically for business reasons; however, normally I would not stay that far from the city center, as this is a distant neighbourhood and you need to use a taxi to get to the center and back, otherwise it is inconvenient.

Was super clean, slightly out of the busy central Madrid areas room was silent and slept very well.

Too far from the center of Madrid. Had to walk 10-15 minutes to take a bus to go to center of the city.Room could have a second chair.

Modern, clean, confortable friendly staff

Everything was really clean, the people were really nice and friendly, at the reception there were 3 machines with hot and cold drinks for free.

Though it’s not located near the downtown, it’s easy to get there by taxi or Uber ride. The front desk is very friendly. Breakfast with many options! 24/7 coffee and hot water available in the lobby. Appreciate it!

Fantastic staff, very nice, and very welcoming to my pet dog. Upgraded my room for free and provided free parking because they weren't busy.
