Location, cleanliness, option for private bathroom, layout of rooms conducive to quiet times during night time. The common room has enough space for its purpose. The kitchen has well stocked supplies and utensils for guests.

Probably only the location was good enough to access main attractions in the city.

No curtains and no barriers between beds are there for a little bit more to offer privacy. A lot of water sounds from toilets and showers. Smell of sigaret. No many sinks in the bathrooms and toilets. For that quantity, it’s a bad cost performance. It’s not worth to pay for the value. Sorry.

Amazing location. Close to metro. So many restaurants , cafes and groceries around. Main attractions are within walking distance

Location was awesome, close to many places, which I ultimately found out walking around. Also after checking out, she let me stay at salon for a while, very kind.

Even though there are nice plaza and bars right behind the hotel, when I asked for the recommendation for dinner to the front person, she only could recommend me Burger King, repeated 2-3times. Also the temperature of shower was not hot enough so I gave up taking. Even though the place was cosy and the location was perfect, those things made my experience pretty bad memory.

I loved the size of the department. It was clean and well located. We were able to cook and have a very comfortable and relaxed time.

The lights went out 9:30pm on the night that we arrived, and we were in the dark. That wasn't really a problem at the time because we were really jet lagged and only really wanted to sleep anyway. The problem was that we tried to phone on WhataApp but nobody answered. So, we wrote a text message explaining the situation and nothing happened. It wasn't until I spoke to a cleaning lady at 2pm the following day, that action was taken. After the cleaning contacted the office, the problem was solved in about 30 minutes. We were happy with that.

Location was very convenient, closed to public transportation and the main places to visit. Everything was minutes away; walking distance.

The A/C was off my whole stay even after asking to turn it on. Didn’t like that we weren’t able to control the A/C in our room. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room.

The location is super central! A 5-minute walk and you're at Sol Square! There's a large grocery store nearby, which is very convenient. The hostel is very clean, the common area is very cozy, there are plenty of dishes, and a large refrigerator. We were very pleased with our stay there. Thank you very much!

During my first night, one of the staff members was somewhat rude, which left a negative impression. However, I must say that the two female staff members were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful.

Perfect location in the center of the city, where all the atractions are on max 20 minutes walking distance. The room is basic but comfortable. To be honest I expected much less for that price.

Outstanding location, perfectly located in the heart of Madrid, a short walk to everything of interest. Nice setup, the common area and the kitchen are spacious and comfortable, very convenient and there's plenty of big supermarkets near for those preferring to eat at the hostel. Also a great Churro place just at the end of the road.Nice outside patio area next to the common area. Overall everything is clean and well maintained. Lots of bathrooms and the showers were great.Decent room, basic but clean and functional.Hard to find better value accommodation in such a great location without everything a budget traveller needs for a comfortable stay.While we were staying they were doing a free coffee and churros morning, free guided city walk and movie night, so definitely making the effort to provide a good hostel experience.

They elevator music throughout the hostel didn't do much for me, I prefer the silence. The piano in the common area is quite annoying when someone decides to start playing badly at 10 pm.
