Pros +
- That it had room available while others were sold out.
- Nice place near the airport, very quiet. Perfect for a 2 days stay. 30mn from town by Uber, around 30€.Clean place and comfortable.Maybe a safe could have been useful to store valuables.I recommend this place.
- Location is very close to the airport in a newer area of Madrid. There is no metro close by so you will need to take a bus or a cab. Free street parking is available on the street. The staff is very professional and helpful. There is additional working space in the lobby if you want a quiet place to work. The room was clean and as described.
Cons -
- Expensive for what it Offers and epñte
- A safe :)
- A coffee machine that accepts pods would be convenient to have in the room. Also, the selection of cutlery in the room was limited.

It’s a clean, modern facility - comfortable for one or two people. Pleasant staff - very warm and friendly.
Location - it is so far out of town. I made a rookie mistake not evaluating distance to town or to a metro station. Whatever you are saving on accommodation cost will be spent on uber or time traveling. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday - that’s a no no for me.
Clean rooms and very attentive staff. Had to catch a flight the next day and it was convenient since it's very close to the airport.
In a newer area of Madrid, so a bit far from the city center with limited public transport and not many shops in the vicinity.
Location was very important for me. Restaurants and food store near is a plus.
No early checking availability. Strong odor of cooking at arrival on hallway
Location seems to be close to airport but unaccesable if not by expensive uber/cab. I would enjoy tjis option with acces to metro that can connect to centro or airport. I liked the ammenities, deatils as cleaning bags and staff.
The bathroom was very, very dirty for the price. There were others peoples hairs in all the walls of the shower as if someone shaved heavily and wasnt cleaned at all. Water from faucet smelled badly, not drinkable for sure and bedsheets made me scratchy.
Close to Madrid airport. Very clean, great shower!!!
Clean and nice common areas
Noisy room doors. All doors shut very hard and wake you up. Shower was imposible to regulate. Either too hot or cold
It is a new clean "hotel" super close to the airport. The price was good and the rooms were new and clean.
Clean only and staff
The price is high with no service. There are no sanitary materials in the bathroom. There is no daily cleaning. There is no parking for the car except for an additional amount and there are no other facilities such as a swimming pool or a gym.
I stayed at the hotel for just one night. I arrived much earlier than the official check-in time — around 11 AM, while check-in was scheduled for 3 PM. The staff were very understanding and quickly prepared my room. Thanks to them, I was able to go explore Madrid right away instead of wasting precious hours waiting. Since it was my only day in the city, this really made a big difference. Many thanks to the hotel team for their responsiveness and great hospitality! Highly recommended!
It was a nice stay overall. The studio was clean, comfortable, and just like in the photos. The internet worked really well, and the location is super convenient, only about 10 minutes from the airport (taxi costs around €22 flat rate). Just note that getting to Madrid city center by public transportation takes at least an hour, so it’s best suited for travelers who want to stay close to the airport.
I understand the idea of preparing for the winter season, but what I didn’t like is that all the main AC units in the building were turned off. During the day, the sun made the room quite warm even though the outside air was cool, so it stayed hot until the evening. At night, the only way to cool down was by opening the windows, since there’s no ventilation when the AC isn’t working. It would be great if they could keep at least some cooling available during the transition period.
This is a good *** hotel, but not **** for sure. No restaurant or cafe, no other common facilities typical for a four-star hotel. The staff is very helpful though. Special thanks to Sara who helped us a lot.
A few opportunities to improve are available here:1. Open wifi in 2025? And this is a four-star hotel? 2. The description on Booking.com offers shuttle. Yet, there is no shuttle available. This is clearly a misrepresentation. 3. I contacted the hotel in advance and asked if it is possible to send a parcel in my name to the hotel address. I got confirmation from the hotel. However, for the entire week before my arrival the hotel did not respond for my inquiries about the delivery. After checking in, I found out that my package did not arrive. Sara helped me to track the package down at the post office and helped with direction and working hours of this office. Thank you, Sara! But how come the hotel never answered my inquiry and did not inform me about the location of my package?
Does not offer breakfast. Location is near airport. The restaurant in the building was excellent.
The surroundings were residential and relatively deserted.
We liked the neighbourhood very much. Valdebebas is a very pleasant and family friendly neighbourhood, with close proximity to the airport, and not too far from central Madrid. We came in very late, around 00:30 as our flight was delayed for hours because of a storm in the area or London and Amsterdam. We where welcomed, and where checked in within seconds, which was great. The studio was nicley furnished, and clean.
For no reason we had a studio for disabled individuals. The bathroom was not suitable for us, as it was made for disabled persons. The shower was very low, and because of bad maintenance it fell off all time. Very unpleasant.
I was originally just looking for an overnight accommodation from our 1 month trip of Spain, to be very close to the Madrid airport to catch our flight the next day. I was pleasantly surprised of the surrounding area of how modern it is. The apartment is very clean in an upcoming new community of Madrid, located very close to the airport. The people at the front reception were very friendly. Beautiful views of the area on the rooftop terrace.
Easy hotel-like check in and check out with receptionist
This is a FOOD DESERT. I needed food because I arrived late post-operation, and had medications that I needed to take with food. There was NOTHING around there, no where to eat, the market 10 minutes away closed when I arrived, and the place is in a barren industrial center with nothing around it. I ordered a food delivery and the driver couldn't find it and cancelled my order. All I could find was a machine in the lobby with junk food, which I am not supposed to eat because I dont eat carbs, and that is all there was. I never imagined being in Madrid and not having a bunch of food around all the time, it was like I was in the Twighlight Zone!! If you want to eat, dont stay here! Also no amenities like coffee or water, nothing. Just towels, thats it.
Very clean and quiet. Near the airport which is why we booked it.
Friendly staff. Very clean room and all the furniture is visibly new. Comfortable bed, soft pillows. It is clear that staff doing a great job maintaining the facility. Dont know the history of the building, but it looks like it is 3 years old at the top.Close to the airport Terminal 4, which is a plus if you have connecting flights or traveling for work. There is a well-designed lobby with work dedicated zone, comfortable soft chairs and desks. Can have some work-related meetings or just sit in comfort while waiting for cab.
The location is not great. There is no subway any near, the only way to get to somewhere is grabbing a taxi. There also no grocery shops, the closest is 12 min away on your feet (If you are actually a fast walker). Unless I missed it on the map.
