The location was excelent. Thr reception staff was very nice and helpful. The ladies that took care of the rooms were all very nice,and helpful , all of them.

The wifi was on and off all the time in the room. Frustrating. Also the room needed some small wall plastering and painting in two locations. Will be good to have on the floors an ice machine and a microwave.

Slightly dirty, never cleaned , room jammed up , no space whatsoever

Very clean, lots of space, large lockers, nice bathroom ensuite, staff were nice, free small towel, comfy bedding.

Shared kitchen consists of only a microwave, kettle, sink and fridge.

In the evening shift, there was a staff member from Venezuela (I don’t remember his name). He was the only one who was polite and friendly. Thanks to him.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The staff is completely unfriendly, especially the receptionist who treats guests with arrogance and disrespect.They took €15 as a deposit upon arrival and have not returned it yet, even after a long time. This is unprofessional and feels like a scam.The cleanliness is very poor, the toilet is dirty and the bathroom is clogged with a foul smell.I do not recommend staying here. This place urgently needs major improvements in service and hygiene.

Damaged trash cans and soap dispenser.

staffs cleans the room regularly and neatly. Not keeping the good conditioned scrubbing sponge, that is warned out

need to maintain consumables available like scrubbing sponge.

Location. Common area could be bigger on the roof. Two bathrooms.

Fridges are not kept very clean. No mugs and no tea/coffee services.Some beds in the room need fixations.

The bathroom. It doesn't look modern + there was not enough soap. Such things must be checked every day.

Nothing . Even smell there is bad . Sealing is leaking.

Extremely bad experience. Do not recommend.First of all, they charge a deposit at check-in, which is not properly communicated in advance.(P.S. I’ve checked out and it’s still not returned, they said it will be done automatically)Secondly, the reception work is complete chaos. I arrived at night, and there was already a scandal happening. The staff worked very slowly, a queue formed, and people were waiting for check-in around midnight for a very long time.When I finally completed the registration and went up to my room, it turned out that there was simply no bed linen. I had to go back to the reception again.At that point, there were new problems already: one guest had issues with documents, the situation escalated so much that the police were called because the person was not allowed at the reception. Total disorder, stress, and a strong feeling of insecurity.Instead of rest — constant problems, wasted time, and stress.This level of organization and service is absolutely unacceptable.Additionally: in the morning I asked for a hair dryer. They required a €20 cash deposit for it, but I was only able to pay by card. As a “solution,” I was offered to use the hair dryer in a staff restroom right next to the reception desk. After 15 minutes, they started telling me that too much time had passed and that I had to return the hair dryer, even though I hadn’t finished drying my hair yet. I offered to leave my passport as a deposit so the staff member wouldn’t worry, but instead she became very agitated and walked away.

I didn't like the bed; the mattress was good, but the bed made noise whenever I moved. I also didn't like that there wasn't a small refrigerator or microwave. The room is only good for showering and sleeping.

Basic facilities, but was good value for money. Location for shopping was spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large lockers were useful, especially after checking out. First time using a hostel and wasn’t sure what to expect, but we did have 2 single beds in our own room with en-suite, so this worked out very well.

Although the location was good for shopping, it was noisy early Sunday morning when the lorry came to empty the bottle bins from neighbouring restaurants and pubs etc

Its clan and very nice location.

The breakfasts because no option what to eat and not sure if what to eat as it’s not displayed and mentioned it’s for everyone.

Refused to know what city they were in, or why Booking is using facial identity multiple times with their staff.

The location right in the middle of the city!

My reservation data was stolen and somebody not associated with the hostel tried to scam me. Also, the key-wristband didn’t work with the door even after fixing/switching the electronic doorknob. Perhaps normal physical keys would be better?
