Pros +
- Very clean and new, affordable
- Close to bus routes, but nothing else.Free cold water!
- Clean, simple, air conditioning, good price, modest design ?.
Cons -
- If you want to sleep don't go there. Walls are paper fine, you can here everything in the other rooms. We had the room 14, the bed is against the wall, which there is a toilet on the other side, you can here people going for number 2, and ear the the number 2 dropping!!! And then when the toilet is flushing you jump in your bed as the noise is so loud! The checking takes forever and very complex.
- Location is out of the way, only good if you’re going to a concert in Jardín Botánico, as there’s a night bus that takes you there.
- The only way to unlock the room is by phone link sent to email. I left my phone in my room, and if it weren't for a nice guy next door, I'm not sure if i could get back to my room quickly.

After opening the door you can jump straight into the bed.A/CThe trees in the garden.
You have to go to a website in order to receive the access for the room - a email with some buttons (you need internet access)You could hear everything from the other rooms, the main door/gate slammed every time someone used it. 70% of the new people arriving at the property would try to get inside my room (I was in room 1 at ground level) probably to the lack of instructions/signes inside the yard. The room is small, almost no space to move. The toilet tank is very loud when it gets re-filled with water. The walls are not in a good condition near the door.
Can’t check in with their system. No support
Zero support. Check in links deleted by booking. No one responds on chat.
The check-in experience is the worst I've ever had. Thin walls and noisy. Mostly teenage couples.
Pleasant
The check-in process was not easy. I would suggest work instruction document to explain with example how to check-in. On daily basis I saw people struggling to check-in.
Its clean and hi-tech.
Far from restos, transportation, no warm water in the dispenser,no private bathroom and if you dont have a data you cant enter your room
A bad experience.
The worst experience in this hotel. The bed is not comfortable at all. I tried to contact them twice, but no one responded. Compared to the price, it is not worth it at all. And the pictures in the app have nothing to do with reality.
Location too far in middle of nowhere - need to be expert in technology and how to use Internet to can check in ans use the most complicated system to be able enter room - I found other people stay 3 hours in street trying to check in and they couldn't and at end they left to other hotel- Internet is very bad - we stay in street in very cold weather because they don't send building access till 3 pm and if want to enter building before we have to pay 15 euro - NO WAY TO BACK AGAIN
Clean room yes but waste if time and money with stress to check in NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU COME TO THIS AREA AND HAVE CAR
Very unsatisfactory, the price was only upside
Room was bare, beds are very uncomfortable and make a lot of noise, having to use your phone 3-4 times just to get into your rooom was a pain
In general our stay was confortable
In fact , it is clean , calm , safe ...
i like the place and how the online check in.
i dont like the smell around. smell toilet all over the hall way. and the bed is to noisy and even the door of toilet and surrounding is too noisy, i couldn’t sleep properly.. costumer’s are to blame for being noisy, closing doors like no one is around, in the middle of the night.
The facility is clean and nice and theres enough for a decent stay
For the price a wardrobe and iron would be nice. the reviews in google maps are concerning which i should have checked before coming but the pictures seemed like the place was trustworthy. It was quite confusing t first to get inside the building and theres no body to help you easily. Alongside that. the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. On the first night at 2am someone had screamed and it was honestly concerning and i did not have a good night sleep there. the mattresses have stains on them. The windows make noise too. It would be better to choose somewhere else for peace of mind.
Never again
Super noisyNo toilet paper and no staff to ask forDirty
It was similar to a hostel but the rooms were all separate. It was private and secure. It was in a good area. Easy access to the bus.
I didn’t like the smell. The staff didn’t do the best job at cleaning. Even after cleaning the floors there was hair everywhere. There were ants and a few other bugs in the room and restroom. There was a hole in the wall and holes in the curtains. You have to pay for new sheets and towels even with a long stay.
My room had a big balcony ☺️
There was no single staff to put me through, no assistance whatsoever.
Relatively clean, all the doors are automated, water cooler. The room is kind of comfy.
Bloody greedy. A lot of hustle to register with them — they ask you to give them your card details in case you’d break anything and that registration is a freaking nightmare. Also stupid fine for the late check out that I didn’t even know existed. Do not recommend you to stay in this property unless you are super careful and looking after your email inbox and all the notifications 24/7.
The location was okay, theres a store for snacks and drinks, bus stops are close like 2min walk, and a few restraurants near by.
The room was a lot smaller than I thought, I barely had any leg room or any room for my luggage. There was no elevator, so i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. To open the gate/doors you're given a link to open the doors and gates to the hotel plus your room, its a little inconvenient at times. You have to take your phone to the restroom, or not close your door all the way just so you arent locked out of your room. No kitchen, no microwave, no minifridge for any food that you have left over which was a huge downside for me.
This hotel is located in a quality residential area of Madrid, on a very quiet street. With the windows open at night, there is complete silence. Our rooms were very clean, floor and bedlinen included, as were other areas of the building. The building is quite secure, having to pass through 3 different locked doors to access the rooms. Check-in is relatively easy but this depends entirely on your internet connection. And this can cause problems. Apart from this, you must keep in mind that this is a very cheap way to stay in the Madrid area and we were quite happy with our choice for this reason. The cleanliness of the shared bathroom will inevitably depend on who else is staying at the hotel with you....
The location. A long walk from the nearest metro station in 34° was not the best start. The best connection is the 42 bus to Plaza Castilla, don't bother with the metro. You need a lot of patience opening the doors using an internet link. I was locked out of my room after having a shower when my connection crashed. Not a pleasant experience trying to check my wifi connection knowing as well that checking out on time depended on it. One of our rooms was extremely hot, in spite of A.C and a patio door.
