The location was absolutely perfect, with many attractions and restaurants within steps of the hotel or within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Good location
It was hard to find, even for a taxi driver. We were disappointed that there is no public space, no lobby, no common area, no help from the front desk when we needed information.

The information about the hotel on Booking.com said there was a bar in the hotel. When we returned in the evening hoping for a coffee and night cap we were told that there has never been a bar and that room service is provided by an outside company. It was annoying as we had to leave the hotel again just to get a coffee. A small problem maybe but very frustrating when the information provided is knowingly incorrect - yes the receptionist knew that the info was incorrect on Booking.com but didn't care.
The hotel was ideally located close to the person I was visiting and was very close to a metro station.It was quiet when I stayed and I had a beautiful room with stained glass windows and a huge bed.
When I arrived the reception desk was unmanned so it took a couple of minutes to be able to access the hotel as the doors had been locked. There was no milk in the room to go with the tea and coffee supplied.
It was a nice clean hotel.
Location is so so. Didn’t like that you couldn’t see out the windows.
