The hotel feels old. While the room is beautiful and the furniture looks grand, it feels old and stuffy. The pillows were a disgrace.

The brunch was not worth the hype. It was good, but it had pretty much the same that other hotel breakfasts have. I was looking forward to my stay here and was very disappointing.

Great location and fabulous staff

Room was a bit small, so are the beds. If you're from the US, don't expect the double bed room as the ones we see in the States - theirs are way smaller! (Probably 1/2 of what you'd expect)

The room was quiet and dark enough to accomodate jet lag.

The room service and breakfast buffet were flavorless and pricey. There are not many alternative eating establishments in the close vicinity. While in Spain, I stayed in two other five star hotels, and this was nowhere close with regards to service.

It was the perfect hotel choice for my trip with my father! The stuff is exceptional. Attentive, discreet and always ready to assist you! The rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

What I would wish is to have an option to connect easier to Netflix on the TV set.

It would of been nice if the Hotel had a gift store, maybe some nice restaurants close by in walking distance.

The staff from bellboy to concierge to reception team including cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and kind throughout our stay. Also, we were especially delighted by the room upgrade and access to club lounge.

A bit far away from the main centre of Madrid & attractions so we got a taxi back as our legs had worn out.
