Hotel Urban, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World

Great location to all the attractions, all in walkable distance. The hotel location is very central, even if you need to jump on a cab it wouldn't cost a lot. Hotel restaurant (Cebo) was also one of our trip's highlight.

The staff is so personalable while still being completely professional. A shout out to Lydia Hui who was especially helpful with cars and dinner recommendation.

The pool is a bit freezing, and there is no spa.

Location

Hotel was dated and room wasn’t as represented online. Furniture at fridge was broken. I checked in using hotel online portal and registered my credit card. My girlfriend arrived early and they made her pay at check in even though they had my credit card and check in online was complete. Small details but this was not a 5-star hotel. Disappointed

AC did not work. Had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Staff was very accommodating.

The location and staff were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning was very good. There were plenty of towels so we had no problems because they don't put two towels at a time and expect you to use the same towels for 3 days like other hotels.

Soundproofing could be a little better. When the guest in the room next to me took a shower, there was a lot of water noise.

The location was just 5 minutes away from all main attractions. The hotel amazed by its style and smart set up, friendly and supportive staff?room was always clean and neat

I requested the two beds and even though they did not have me down for they accomodated immediately!

It was a little noisy in the early early morning hours with people walking home from evening outs but wasn't bad.

The location was great, friendly staff and very accomodating. Gave us late checkout with no charge. Hotel smelled very nice. Room was cleaned well every day and then turn down service every evening

Furniture and floor in room could use update. Shower very small

The doormen are exeptionally nice and helpful, especially Joan whom I knew since several years in the hotel.

The bed mattress is bad. I had back sore every day in the morning! They have to replace them with better quality.
