Hotel Pinar Plaza

Bed and pillow excellentModern design of the roomQuiet

My review of this hotel is influenced by my late arrival and experience related to Air France. Hotel staff had to managed a deluge of very unhappy international travelers making a variety of request in the midst of great frustration.

Great team. Great breakfast. A reasonable fitness room that operates 24h which is great

Some of the facilities in the room were not functional as expected (TV, bathroom)

comfortable rooms and great look. price as expected but worth it. only 10 minutes from airport that was great and not in tourist area thus quiet. great restaurant down the street. staff helpful. recommend.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was always delicious

Distance from town and taxi availability

The breakfast was amazing

They don’t allow children but they made an exception

The breakfast was exceptionally good. Especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and the wide selection of different kinds of foods.

Minor issue -- could not find any tissue in the room

Free parking at front of hotel if you have car its best option there is supermarket park resturant

staff was amazing loved Michael and Martha and the pool was great!!!

I loved it all

Ham and fruits selection were great.

If there was more vegetables option and different types of meet such as beef, chicken it would be great. Also, we stayed 4nights there so if there is a little variety each day, would be great.

Everything is new and spotless clean. The staff in the restaurant/bar are very friendly and it’s beautifully decorated. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, large and clean bathroom with good products.

Housekeeping knocked and entered my room despite having the do not disturb sign on my door. Super annoying. I flagged this with the Reception desk.

Very nice and quiet area, clean facilities and friendly staff.

Comfortable room, nice terrace (with pool), small gym, and a good breakfast.

Such friendly staff…. a true tonic. The Hotel Pinar Plaza was just 15 minutes from the airport and conveniently positioned for my business connections around Madrid. The room was great… very comfortable, clean and a lovely modern design with a super shower and bathroom. Good room facilities and a clever safe integrated into the cabinet drawer. Ample storage. The bar area in reception was welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as a solo businesswoman… I felt very safe. Thank you Hotel Pinar Plaza ??

Beautiful and comfortable rooms,The staff were very nice and helpful Note that the showers are see through.

It is away from city center, but I knew it in advance

The reception staff were very good and one in particular, who spoke very good English was particularly helpful. The breakfast was excellent. too. All in all I was very happy with everything at the hotel.

Wet beautifully decorated.

My shower drain was smelly and there was a leak under the sanitary.

It’s a hotel that very quickly feels like home. Everytime I come back to Madrid I stay here. - The stuff is extremely friendly (reception, breakfast area, cleaning lady, everybody) - Clean and very modern facility - Plenty of free parking on the street - Near to a metro station

Nothing to complaine

Excellent facilities, warm atmosphere , fantastic service and people there, nice neihbourhood

Everything were super

- Free parking on the street- Close to metro station- 24h gym- Clean, confortable room- Super welcoming stuff

- Breakfast, is totally fine, but since everything is so amazing about hotel, maybe breakfast could be something to give it a twist.

Great place, swimming pool seems fantastic even though we could not use it. Breakfast was very good and the room has a great size for such big city. Bed was great. It is 15 minutes drive away from Barajas airport and an excellent choice to stay overnight.

The neighbourhood has some nice restaurants within walking distance but it is missing very good options. Of course I knew this when I booked the hotel.
