Axor Barajas

Free shuttle from-to the airportBreakfast included

The room was prepared for 2 guests instead of 3

It's close to the airport, clean, breakfast is excellent, friendly staff and close to a Mall

As airport hotels go, this is very good and a great value. It is close to the airport with ample parking and a convenient shuttle that runs every half hour. The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. No complaints.

It was very nice and clean, has a modern look. Beds were comfortable and the staff was great.

It’s a little far from the center of Madrid- but we we’re leaving the next day for the airport so for us it was ok.

The propriety was very nice and the accomidation too was quite pleasant but by far your staff made our stay something special. We expected kindness and responsiveness but what we got was warmth, respect and welcoming. well done everyone.

Great location, near the airport. Breakfast was amazing. Nice pool.

Good business hotel with a really good breakfast and sauna. Highly recommend for 1-2 nights stay in Madrid very close to the airport and free airport shuttle.

There were some minor cleaning issues when we first checked into the room, but it didn't cause any discomfort.

Close to airport and walking distance to shopping mall, good shuttle service.

Basic amenities in the room. Paper cups and 1 teabag, no milk. Cheap toilet paper. Breakfast average, but good coffee machine.

The hotel has a shuttle service that is very helpful. We contacted the property upon arrival at 1:00 AM and they picked us up in short time. Staff is friendly and everything went smoothly. There is a big shopping mall nearby. Room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good too.

Price was a bit high.

It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

I like it

We stay here because it’s convenient when we travel with the kids and have to catch an early flight

We were ready to have dinner at the hotel but they let us know that the restaurant was blocked for a group of youth sports. They delayed the opening until 9:30 pm so we had to go outside the hotel because the kids were starving since a long time ago. Being the only food and beverage outlet serving food on tables ( the bar has no seating, we are traveling with kids) without room service option, it’s not acceptable to block it for private events, without taking into consideration other guests in the hotel.

Close to airport

They wont let uber delivery go up to your room. Wifi never worked for apple devices, I know they said it was an apple update that broke it but any competent IT department could fix it.

The breakfast was good as usual. Location 15mins by the Axor shuttle bus.

We have stayed here before and always reserved directly with the hotel a Family Room 387square ft and all was perfect . This time we made the reservation with Booking the same Family Room 387square ft we always booked with the same photos and Axor Barajas. We paid the fee 245€ and to our suprise when we opened the bedroom door, the room was half the size that Booking said on its website. The was a kettle to boil water to make tea or coffee and mo milk. These little things all add up, especially paying 245€ and things aren't as it shows on on Booking. Won't be reserving nothing via Booking again

I like that the rooms were big and clean. My kids loved the bunked. There is a huge shopping center, Plenilunio, just 10 minutes walk with restaurants, shops and supermarkets. If you have a car, Puerta del Sol is 25 minutes drive. The breakfast is excellent, during weekdays until 10.30 am. On the weekends until 11am which I appreciate because I hate waking up early on vacation. The staff at reception were accommodating and very nice. The parking was good too.Just one thing, next door there is a hotel called Axor Feria. Somehow, I didn't look up at the hotel name and, on my second day, I tried to enter my room but I was in the next door hotel because they are practically identical. It was embarrassing but hilarious.

Location perfect.Warm comfortable room.Nice breakfast

Rooms are clean, facilities clean, breakfast was good, not great but good. Staff for the most part was helpful. Soap and shampoo in bathroom very freshFree airport shuttle, however hotel description of available hours was confusing so we miissed being able to use it.

Overpowering perfume smell in hotel. Mattress was well broke in and had a Divit in it. No face cloths in bathroom. Only one roll of toilet paper

Perfect location if you need to be close to Madrid airport. They have a nice little spa to relax in and great beds. The best experience was the friendliness of the staff. We would like to give an extra star to the shuttlebus drivers; they were very helpful and in a great mood. The made sure we got picked up and arrived safely back on time to the airport. Muchas gracias!

The restaurant food was average and the stir-fried chicken was too salty. The waiters were great but the menu sounded more fancy than what it was.
