Excellent location, confort room, breakfast good but the same food ever

The bed was really comfy and the room very quiet, as requested. Staff was friendly and the hotel is in a very good location.

My experience didn't quite match the premium price point. The room layout was quite unusual, the entrance leads directly into the bathroom, which feels unhygienic when arriving with shoes from the street. Additionally, basic amenities like a hairdryer and slippers were missing.Breakfast was disappointing for the cost. At this price, I expected high quality options, but the orange juice was bottled rather than freshly squeezed.It is a good hotel, but it currently lacks the attention to detail required to justify its price.

Some parts in the room need maintenance especially the bathroom and bathroom

The hotel was very modern and comfortable with a great location.

The only minor negative was the length of time to check in.

Stuff was extremely helpful. They let us do an early check in. The food at the restaurant was great .Location was great and perfect for everything we had to do

I wish at the pool area were more umbrellas as only 3 sunbeds were covered

Honestly, The place is exactly what it's advertising to be. We stayed here because we were going to a match at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, its was a great short 5 mins walk away. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Room was small, the entrance is into the bathroom (open concept), which is fine for one person or a couple but for families might be tight.

Breakfast not worth the money. The food always ran out and it took a long time to refill. There were also no milk alternatives for coffee.

Excellent location for Real Madrid

The property didn’t have an international adapter to charge my phone It was an emergency as we had all our flight information on . Front desk were awful . Manyana manyana . They wouldn’t go and get one from a shop that was close but too difficult to explain to me due to health reasons . They didn’t check they kept a supply . The assistant manager was awful with a can’t do attitude not how do I help . The problem was solved by an excellent junior member of staff who charged my phone with his charger .

Location as we were going to the Real Madrid game .it’s literally a 2 minute walk .the hotels beautiful and staff are very friendly

Rude and aggressive staff They deducted so many times the amount from my visa and didn’t return it They told me that they will not deduct amount for room service because the staff was very aggressive with me but they deducted it from my visa No water in the room Electricity keeps disconnecting for a fake reason of saving energy while I’m in the room Not enough hot water in the shower It is a very weird hotel and weird staff

Location for the bernabeu

Price was £408 for a single night. No breakfast, Checked on booking.com thinking breakfast was included and the price on there was £371 with breakfast included. Very very expensive especially if i included the €25 for breakfast

breakfast was first class

the room was a bit small and lacked cupboard for hanging clothes, and drawers. our room was not cleaned etc one of the days of our stay

the manager was absolutely amazing and the staff really helpful. the gym was so cool and we had an amazing brunch on new year day
