Petit Hostel Palacio Real

This was a nice comfortable stay. I had a top bunk which felt private. There was locked storage available.. I had a great experience while there.

There was some guest chatter throughout the night in hallways but that is often to be expected. I did not hear back from the hotel regarding my inquiry for a lost item.

It's was the worst hostel staying over the world bad staff and racism I personally in room insult me and insult my mother and try to hit me and when I complained to reception they told me they gonna talk to him and nothing happen because is Spanish and I'm not and when I ask for police they told me they can't come for this and the only solution talking and they don't talk to him

No airflow in some rooms, specially in the 8 beds rooms

Another visit, doing most things correct still. The room was good for a solo traveler.

The towel rental, why do people not need a towel?

Hands down, one of the dopest hostels I've ever been to. No one bothers you. It's clean, it's central, it has a kitchen, cool staff, and self-check in. They got a full bar with beers and drinky drinks. The beds are soft, the bathrooms clean!!!! Not a single smell anywhere. Yes, I checked. 10/10. Book it!

Its a different kind of hostel. Liked the design and atmosphere. Great value for the money in Madrid.

It had muesli, yogurt, and fruit, as well as cheese, ham, etc. Hurray!

Can’t think of a thing.

It has a friendly, youthful appeal for both young and old. It’s located close to the trains and buses, the mall, several sightseeing spots are a short walk, and there’s even a nearby park with a view and shade under the trees.

It could be cleaner. Not necessarily the properties fault though. I am surprised how people can leave their own garbage, hair, tissues etc in dorms and shower areas. They need to seal shower doors better as water leaks leaving a small puddle that needs wiping up. They provide a mop there, but just fix the problem. Three bathrooms had this issue. Lastly, no fresh air! The dorms sleeping area’s are tight. Bed is good, but curtains are your privacy which suffocates the air even more. Very dark with automatic floor lights lighting the narrow hallway in dorms sleeping quarters. It’s great for short stays though.

The Chinese lady is stingy .we argue for small amout of spoons of sugar she call the police to taken me out of the hostel.

The hostel had a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and clean communal areas. Its location near the Palacio Real made it easy to explore Madrid’s historic center on foot. I appreciated the modern design and secure access system

The kitchen was busy during peak hours, which showed how popular and well-used the facilities were. A bit more space would make it even better.

Convenient check in and location

....the rooms were small and tough to unload belongings without disrupting the room mates. But that is just my inexperience in hostels.Also left my Power Bank because of that which they said they will try to find and hold for me!

Cleanliness, friendliness and privacy. Easy to access and great price. The Curtain, light and plugs really help when staying in the hostel.

Breakfast is expensive, I didn't bother choosing it. Small room.

I like most the location,the facilities... Actually, this is my second time with PH. Happy and satisfied.

The women's CR has a n unpleasant smell. Probably it is coming from the drainage system. I hope they can manage to settle this problem.

Profesionally designed and run. Reasonably priced (Madrid seems to be getting really expensive). Conveniently located near Metro.

Bathroom showerd are conveniently annexed to the doorm, but the space i's tight.
