Pros +
- The staff were very friendly, the location was convenient to public transit and museums, the room was comfortable, and the rooftop garden was lovely.
- Basic but comfortable accommodations (great beds) in a superb location. The hotel is around the corner from Reina Sofia and across the Prado from the Atocha train station -- great for a day trip to Toledo. The staff could not have been more accommodating.
Cons -
- It would have been helpful to have a rack on which to place a suitcase.
