The size of the room and the kitchenette was unique and very nice.

The floor tiles were loose and plumbing noise/sidewalk noise was an impedement to sleeping.

room was dirty. suspicious stains on the couch that looked like bodily fluids. the room and bathroom smelled strange...it also smelled like someone (perhaps hotel staff?) had been smoking in the bathroom shortly before my arrival. wifi was TERRIBLE. LOUD!

The location is amazing, good neighborhood and very close to 2 metro stations. The staff very friendly and helpful specially Javier!

The only decent quality was that the beds were comfortable.

It’s an old building, the rooms are separated from the lobby so you have to walk outside to get to your room — it was raining and though they have a covering it’s old and leaked through, the decor was dated (if you look on Booking they look modern, but in the age of AI and tech tools to clean images the room did not truly match the picture, a couple lights didn’t work, and all parking in the street of which there was none is either paid or residential thus we were sort of forced to pay the hotel parking at €21 per night, we chose this hotel because it was per friendly, however, once we got there they asked us to pay €23 for the doggie. Reviewing the website buried pretty good in the fine print is a line… “fees may apply”. So vague and hidden that we missed it until they asked us to pay the fee (not the first person who checked us is but later as we returned from dinner).

The staff were fantastic and it’s close to the metro for an easy ride into the city. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved having the option to wash our clothes for relatively cheap (1.50 dry, 2.50 wash), but you have to have exact amount or you lose your change (but still way less than laundromat, and we didn’t see if we could get smaller change, because it was not a big deal).

Nothing really, it’s an old building so some windows are harder to close, the toilet was moody and the hot water fluctuation was annoying but it would not stop me from staying here again.

It was spacious, it had a small kitchen area that we didn’t use, but it is worth noting it. They give you a new tooth brush. Overall good space.

Looked old, and for the price you would was expecting a bit better facilities or at least include breakfast. The WC location is a bit odd. The pipes seemed a little clogged, it took a while for the water to go away.

The AC just does not work. And neither does the phone in the room to call and ask the operator.

Unfortunately this was a very bad stay for me. The room was big a good but unfortunately the building was old and the AC was off and we couldn’t sleep because of that. Even when we kept the window open to keep air circulation in the room we couldn’t sleep from the outside noise. Also the shower water was cold and when we spoke to the reception they said ok we will check wait till tomorrow but it was the same next day.

Everything is outdated and it needs to be updated. The kitchen old, the bathrooms are old. However everything was kept clean. But I didn’t like the smell of roach spray when I entered the studio apartment.

Clean facility, good breakfast and very nice staff

The hotel was everything we expected, good and clean room, polite and helpful staff, great breakfast, location close to metro station. Great value for money.

The sound isolation between the rooms is very bad, we could hear everything through the wall. And there were no additional sockets in the bedroom for phone charging, only the ones where the lamps and TV were plugged in.

I got paid breakfast on booking, but the hotel made me pay once again to get breakfast in the morning.

The staff were kind and the rooms are spacious.

There is no kettle in the kitchen but a microwave. There is no dish cloth to clean spills. No complimentary drinking water.

The service is exceptional. Our family enjoyed our lapse of three nights; the breakfast is excellent as well!

It may feel slightly outdated, although it’s quite functional and clean.

Very clean. Location was great. It was only a short walk to Prosperidad station. Several shops and eateries very close.

Though our stay was really short, could smell some bad odour in the property. The quality of the shower gel / moisturiser could have been better in the bathroom.
