Aravaca Village Hotel

The beds and rooms were comfortable. The AC worked well and with the windows closed the room was nice and quiet. The staff is very nice. The location is superb!

The rooms are a little small and there a no drawers for clothes. An iron would be nice to have in the room. The hotel does not have a fitness facility which would be very nice. Parking and breakfast are a little expensive, but very convenient and there is no coffee in the room so you need to buy your coffee.

Ordered a king bed and got double single bed Shower drainage was stuck and flooding all the toilet, problem not solved despite complained twice

There was no restaurant for a decent breakfast and it would have been good to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Also complimentary bottles of water not renewed each day

Big room with natural lighting. Amazing bed and nice TV, it's a good place to relax if you need to. The bathroom is also big and with all type of amenities. There are many restaurants close by.

The only thing I'd say is that the door room frame was rotten, other than that everything was great!Keep in mind that you definitely need a car to get to the hotel, it's in the suburbs of Madrid with little public transport close by.

Good location for those drivers who wish to avoid driving into the centre of Madrid. The hotel is a 12 minute drive by taxi.There are a number of good restaurants very nearby.Parking can be accessed from the hotel but isn’t cheap.Reception staff are friendly.

Little touches like replacing glasses we had used.Cheaper parking for guests.

No provision for in-room tea facilities.The menu choices at breakfast was very narrow The information on room entertainment was limited

Translation of local language could be improved for foreign guests. An international hotel should make provisions for a wider variety of guests

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic facilities and restaurants close to the hotel. 15 mins from Madrid

Mattress very hard

Beautiful property, with lots of cute little restaurants downstairs (connected to the lobby). And the staff was incredibly professional and always willing to try and help with any of our requests.

The location was cute and convenient as it was attached to 5 or 6 restaurants.

The beds were not comfortable and shower did not work.

Excellent location with the the reach of local shops and restaurants, this is a residential area so if you a re looking to be touristy Madrid is a short distance away by cab.

No complaints

Very clean and spacious room...airy reception area, with good links to central madrid.A lovely restaurant bar beside hotel (castizo) ...with good choice of food and drinks. Lots of other restaurants in the same complex.

No bar or restaurant in the hotel itself, so dependent on opening hours of restaurants nearby.

everything was goog. the staff, the breakfast, the toilet. We like this hotel.

but, the new version of pillows were so not comfortable... catastrophic.... sorry. this is only our experience. but we will come again and ask about another pillows.

The Staff are terrific. the location is very comfortable.

Is no coffee machine in the room. it could be the best room.

Location was good with plenty of choices around to eat. Bus to city right outside. Shower was good.

1. Bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable 2. 1 paper thin pillow each 3. No tea/coffee making facilities. 4. Noisy corridors and hear doors banging shut throughout the night. 5. Ordered eggs benedict and waited 40 mins and 2 raw eggs on top, it was inedible.

The hotel has 4 restaurants wich is great because if you don’t want to go out, you have different options there. The staff is friendly and the location pretty good.

The hotel is located in a building with several restaurants. It is so convenient. The breakfast spread is delicious and the beds are comfortable. Lovely staff, both at the breakfast restaurant and at reception.

Friendly reception, Super clean rooms, plenty of towels etc, good air conditioning, delicious breakfast. Great restaurants on the location as well. In all, fabulous.

Location, smell at the libby, diverse restaurantes to choose

We stayed in this hotel for the first time back in 2017, and now in June 2022 it is still as good as the other time. Ana at the reception is absolutely amazing.
