Staff, clean bathrooms and clean small kitchen

Location is a half hour walk from MAD airport and that's the main reason people stay. It's a 12 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or Metro station. You can just as easily stay closer to the city center and take a bus, Metro, or car service to the airport inexpensively and quickly. It's nice to be given one towel, clean sheets, and a blanket.

Hostel is very bare bones. Beds are metal with no privacy curtain, no individual light, and no shelf or hooks to put anything. The room has no widows, so no fresh air. There was no fan and so the room was very stuffy. The shower did not drain, so I stood in a puddle to shower. There is one toilet, so there might be a wait, which is stressful as there is nothing else around, no cafe, etc. if you have to rush to your flight. It was so dark in the room at 7 am that I had a hard time seeing my stuff to take it out of the room. I would not recommend this place and see it as a last resort.

I only stayed there one brief night due to unexpected layover. Staff was great, I loved how quiet and respectful he was to other people sleeping since I arrived so late. Great shower. Slept well (with earplugs). Spacious room

I understand they don't have 24 hour reception but it was a little stressful making sure I got there by midnight so I wouldn't get charged extra, since I can't control my flight! But it was fine. They do make it clear at least

Quick 20-minute walk (yes, you can walk) from the T2 terminal! Had lots of shops and restaurant/bars nearby. Great host who was very kind to store/secure our backpacks in our absence.

Why the showers are in the kitchen…awkward! lol

Deep fryer was filthy, microwave”too technical “ to operate, was not able to make it work. Absolutely no windows, outside sitting area.

It was quiet and the staff enforced the quiet hours and lights off rules. The beds were easy to sleep on. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was great; we were able to walk directly from the hostal to the airport in 15 minutes, so we were able to save money on an Uber.

I did not get any breakfast. The location was good. Metro n bus bus are nearby only

The space to keep luggage was not proper. The lockers were very small in size.No proper place to Talk over calls and do things in lighting área during night and early morning. If done in the kitchen área than I was asked to keep quiet. In that case I had no place to do my own work vía call as in the room we cannot do otherwise It Will disturb other people sleeping. Neither I can switch on the light in room for that same reason. Si It was a Big issue as in the past i had proper seperate place to work wherever i stayed.

It was very clean and people was nice

The air-conditioning I was hoping to have in a low temperature, the room was a little hot. And the high of the upper bed is too low, I always hit my head.

Location was good. Beds were fairly comfy. Fellow travellers were respectful and friendly. Staff were helpful and direct. Easy to walk to from T1-T3. Temperature was good, and I got a decent amount of sleep after a long trip from Brisbane.

Bunk rooms were a concrete box with 6 double bunks beds along the walls and nothing else. No curtained alcoves, but individual charging ports, and no damping of noise from across the room. No real hangout space - just a narrow kitchen.

There were suspicious people in the room and making weird activities in the bathroom.Also not that close to the airport

Extremely clean, great amenities, comfortable room and bed, good location to the airport. The staff was amazing, so nice and attentive I couldn’t believe it. I feel like Hostel M Torres saved my life! If I had had more time I would have loved to go to a nearby bar or restaurant, the area was very lowkey and residential and safe.

Perfect spot close to the metro and airport. Nice neighborhood with cafes and shops around. Facilities were clean, and the staff was great! Small shared kitchen with free (filtered) water, tea, and coffee was a nice touch. Comfy beds, good blankets.

I didn't have any issues.

The hostel is near the airport, only a short drive by taxi. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful, the man who was sat behind the desk when I arrived was able to speak English.

The only major issue is that the entrance to the hostel is not very well signposted, and is easy to miss. There was only a small sign with the word "Hostel" printed on it, attached to the wall on the right hand side of the entry door.

The hostel was affordable and a walkable distance from the airport.This was very convenient.

The room had a glass wall and the light from the corridor was irritating. It was ok when it was a constant level but when it changed it disturbed me

The hostel is pretty clean, you have everything you needed and a guy on the night shift was really nice to help me with everything.

The check-in is very weird. They don’t let you stay in the common zone till check-in time. I didn’t need my bed, I just wanted to stay inside, it’s the first time when I wasn’t let in at all and was kicked out to the rain. The girl on reception told me there is no common space at all, but later I realized that they have kitchen and place to hang out there. So I didn’t understand why I couldn’t wait inside.
