Pros +
- Hotel is very clean. I was impressed with the staff. Now i will search first with the Abba Hotel chain. That's how impressed I was with this hotel chain. I would definitely stay there again.
- Safety, cleanliness, location and ease of access to Metro station.
- Spacious room. Friendly staff Location close to metro and buses
Cons -
- The only issue is with the low air conditioning. But I noticed that was the same issue with other hotels in spain.
- Upon entering the hotel we were met with a very strong perfumed smell that sent me into an asthma attack promptly after checking in. The room was less than ideal as one of the window handles was broken and the room/bathroom could have been more updated.
- Location a bit farNot as nice as other 4 star hotelsSmaller room

Location
Love everything about the hotel.
Very clean ! Comfortable and bed was very nice and smooth.
The space, tbe decoration, the friendliness of the staff.
The location despite the proximity to the metro..One has to walk 15 minutes to find a more typically animated Madrid street.
Very friendly staff! They let us check in 2 hours early and upgraded us to a junior suite, courtesy of the hotel! Had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city. Very clean and easy to navigate. 3 elevators so even though we were on the top floor, lifts were always available.
The location was ideal and in route to the airport using a uber/taxi. it is very close to the metro station Cartagena, and on a 10/15 mins walking distance from one of the main stations Av Americas. There are convenience stores very close by and a lovely restaurant in the lobby.
The scent of the hotel was not my favorite, everything was clean but the perfume was very overpowering.
The hotel is nicely located with easy access to public transport and taxis. The staff is exceptionally friendly and obliging. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfy. The hotel has a nice bar and serves a super breakfast.
Nice room, 24 hour check in, nice bar, staff were friendly
Bar shut early
Comfort, silence, nice breakfast, staff, comfortable bed, location close to the metro station, airport.
Some small technical problems in the bathroom.

A bit far from the center of the city.

Very decent size of room and toilet
Too small size of bottles with mineral water, sometimes missed
Very good hotel, comfortable, friendly staff and good location
Clean, comfortable, good facilities
