The breakfast was good. the staff was very helpful, trying to find solutions to our needs. very satisfied with this. I was worried that I needed to send two suitcases to the hotel, but everything was fine

Very well organised, staff friendly and helpful.Unfortunately I slept in the hotel for one night only so I didn't use the kitchen, however if you would need a long stay I totally recommend it.

It is well located, near a big Mercadona and very close to metro station and great restaurants. The room was heated, and we had all we need for cooking, including ustensils and a big fridge.

We found some metallic pins in the bedding, in one day we didn’t receive all the towels, and also they didn’t clean the room, they only changed the towels and took the trash out in 5 days. The pool water was extremely cold, and also that area, it could’t be used, but the view from there was great!

It was extremely hot, as it was on a busy dual carriageway we couldn’t open the windows and we couldn’t change the heating. It was difficult sleeping, this was in December

Swimming pool is freezing. Open gate of garage takes ages. No bathroom privacy as can see through glass window

I like that the hotel was eco-friendly. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not a good location. Not very many restaurants in the area and they did not seat until 8pm. That is very late for us to eat. Would have been good to know and we would have stayed in another part of town.

It is easy to access, really clean and comfortable. It is very spacious.

It is not close to center, but it is closer to metro station which you can use to go anywhere. Also the view was not the best.. there was a construction near the venue.

Helpfull staff, clean rooms, good location (3 minutes to metro and, 20minutes to center).

-Big room-friendly staff-very comfy bed -excellent water pressure -location to metro

-cleaners made the bed everyday but didn’t clear or restock coffee pods -only 1 pillow -breakfast has everything you need but lacks variation

Disappointing

Be careful! The hotel has double-charged and hasn´t been willing to pay the money back. One month later I´m still waiting for the money. Either the hotel nor booking.com is helpful here.

The apartment itself was quite nice and decent sized. Very nice reception area.Great shower

The bathroom is inside the room, it has a glass door that can't be closed fully, it's incredibly awkward to go to the bathroom if you stay with someone else It's all surrounded by half demolished buildings and a very busy and loud motorway. Horrible area. The gym and pool are a disgrace and super dirty.

Very clean, great location near metro, interesting decor, also appreciated the kitchenette and coffee maker in the room.

The pool area was not heated well so on cold days it might be a bit cold.

Never coming back

Overpriced, poorly described in Booking.com. Misleading pieces of information. Noise, air quality, no AC system.

I was expecting an apartment in the traditional sense, but this place got the brief! It was bijou, but a lot of thought had gone into the best use of the space, dedicating most of the space to the bedroom where I could put down my bag and not have to step around it or trip over it. This meant there was plenty of space for the dog's bed. The bathroom design was clever, allowing someone to use the shower while another person washed their face, and a third person used the toilet - simple yet innovative solutions. It was close to parks and restaurants, the staff were welcoming and really helpful, and most importantly, they were as kind to the dog as they were to me.

I will ask for a room on the other side of the building next time. The view of the car park and building site didn't add much to the stay.

Good in many ways

No blanket given by default. I asked for a blanket- at first they forgot. I asked again, they gave some old and not clean blanket. I hate those pocket style beds where you have thin sheet and have to put dirty blanket on it. Make it normal by wrapping blanket with blanket sheet from both sides and making it clean from all sides
