Location

The room we were assigned was small, closet cabinet door could not open with side table in place. Though the bathroom was very nice.

I like the hotel because it was walking distance to Plaza Mayor Puerta, del Sol, Gran Villa, and that was great for me.

Lovely room and hotel, nice staff and good coffee/hot chocolate. Excellent proximity to subways and buses.

Bit noisy at night oputside! But not too bad.

Pool area pictures on websites did not reflect the actual size. It was much smaller. Also the pool and rooftop closed at 9:00 pm which was even before sunset.

Beautiful building, room very comfortable with all the amenities that are needed to have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices to choose from. Highly recommend it.

Great location around the corner from Plaza Mayor and shops and cafes.. Rooms very clean and comfortable, full toiletries provided.. Reception are very friendly and accommodating of our early checkin/late checkout.

e property is absolutely beautiful. It’s a remodeled building that perfectly blends vintage, old-world charm with modern elegance. The interior feels warm, stylish, and full of character. The staff was incredible—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. The buffet was spectacular, offering a great variety and excellent quality. The pricing was very reasonable, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and everything felt well cared for. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back.

Everything was perfect in our stay! The hotel is superb! Ideal location, beautiful environment, great breakfast and very friendly stuff. They even offered us an upgrade for New Year's Eve.
