Great location near to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Staff super friendly and engaged. Relaxed atmosphere

I liked the pool on the rooftop - nice view of the city. Breakfast too.

I didn’t like the fact I got fined for something.

Everything in this hotel was really good. Good breakfast, good shower, very clean and helpful staff.

Modern and good location.

The room was astonishingly small for a double occupancy booking. Two adults with standard luggage should not feel like they’re navigating a submarine corridor. I made the mistake of assuming that a modern hotel would meet a sensible minimum standard of space. It did not.

Small bed. I am 6.1 and my feet were out of the bed.

Staff was amazing especially Claudia very friendly came to the hotel earlier then check in she was then happy to find me room thank you very loved the stay city and culture

In my room the shower was made of fogged glass and the outline of the person was visible. It was awkward with my brother, we had to turn around!

Really small rooms. Hardly any space for two to walk. Compacted shower and water can flow into the room easily. Breakfast expensive and not worth it.

It comfortable, the stuff are always nice and smiling and always helpful. And it is near the shops so I don’t take transport. I love the place because I stay there every time I’m in Madrid.

The location was great , check-in was easy , the staff kitchen (breakfast) was great. Front desk staff for the most part was great.

The rooms were extremely small, much smaller than expected. A full-size suitcase cannot open in the room. Also, the booking was made because of the rooftop terrace, but the terrace closes at 11 PM for hotel guests. Therefore, it couldn't be used at night to relax and have a drink. The person working at reception that night was also very dismissive. The room cleaners also weren't the best; they didn't leave towels and only made the bed occasionally.

It was located in a good area with easy access to shops restaurants and bars.

The streaming on TV was not working and even the staff could not get it to work.

I liked that it was in the middle of the center very close walk, there was a metro nearby, bed was comfortable & towels got changed everyday

The room was tiny, definitely not what we expected for that price, the sink in the bathroom was so awfully small that we could barely brush out teeth, there was no hot water boiler, so i couldnt make a tea, when i asked room service for hot water they brought it up in a plastic cup and said were not allowed glass upstairs when i literally had 4 glasses upstairs??? And i personally hate drinking from plastic/ paper cups. We got given plastic cutlery to cut ginger, saying were not allowed real utensils upstairs??? In a regular hotel that i stay at they change the coffee pods and refill them. Every hotel ive been too they have refilled my coffee pods, but in this hotel u have to pay €1 if u want it refilled? Which is crazy considering the price u pay to stay there.. Also we rented a car thinking our hotel would have free parking, as it said it had parking which usually signifies that the parking is free as its in the hotel.. we went to the parking trying to park and it said something like €60 a day, which is kind of ridiculous and if u dont know how to drive like a professional i wouldnt suggest trying to go into that parking lot. Overall A Scam. Wouldnt stay here again if i was to come back to Madrid. Rip Off.

Breakfast mot well organised. Nobody made us aware of cooked options until we noticed some others receiving them.

Great location. Not glossy but functional and comfortable.

Rooms small but fine as I was staying alone. Despite a coffee machine in the room coffee is only provided for day 1 otherwise you have to pay which should have been made clear on arrival.
