Location is great

Roach at a five star hotel are you kidding me. I saw a roach at my room at night. They need to get that fix

The staff was warm and friendly. The loction is great. The room is very nice for my style.

I got, "upgraded" to a room right next to the gym. In the morning, I was rattled awake constantly from the gym door being accessed, and what must have ben people dropping weights on the floor. If this was a better room than booked, I would have gladly kept what I booked and been able to sleep.

Fantastic location, clean rooms.

After check out at 11:36 am, I waited 40 mins to finally get my luggage!I also requested a car at 12pm to take us to the airport a day earlier, I gave them the number of people and luggage then at the time of check out they said you need 2 cars! - You can hear some noise from the room above so I suggest you to get a room at 7th floor.

Everything from ambience, cleanliness, and location was excellent! But what stood-out for me was the hotel staff especially Rayan and Adrian who were just amazing.

The property was an amazing experience,with fabulous decorations and the good and kind service,keeping the property neat and safe.

Everything was perfect, nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The roof top restaurant and lounge.

No key card for first 24 hrs. Phone system not working.. Lots of noise in the hallways at night.

The only thing that was disappointing for me- most of the rooms doesn’t have a closet - something they should mention before . Also some of the rooms doesn’t have a window , for me fresh air is a must . Should be mentioned clearly upon reservation.But as I mentioned they changed the room for us immediately

Very good location

The bed was too soft and was not comfortable. The front desk staff refused to extend the checkout time until 1.30 PM despite the fact that I had informed them prior to my arrival that I would be checking in late at night at 11:00 PM coming from a long flight from home. The lady on the phone sounded like she was bargaining on a sunday market with me which did not feel professional at all. When I told her at 12 PM that I was unpacked and not ready to leave she said: " you have 15 minutes to pack and leave"

The location was perfect. The room was clean. All staff were polite, friendly, respectful and helpful, Specially Nadia and Nika, they helped us a lot in addition of the whole staff. We felt such as home and family. Taxi were always available infront of the hotel.

Love the amenities form the gym to the pool, great location walkable to food shops, shopping and mercados. Busy area but the room was still quiet

The light switches next to the bed light up all the room instead of specific areas where needed, the room still looked modern and sleek.

During my stay, a health equipment was left in the room and went missing even though I let them know as soon as I made the check out . This caused significant inconvenience and posed a risk to my health. The hotel’s handling of the situation was inefficient. They just told me they didn’t found it..

The breakfast is not a buffet and the variety was not enough for us. Need to say that the breakfast is very fancy and food is good. The pool is very very cold.

A stylish, design-oriented hotel in a great central location, yet quietly tucked away from the noise. The atmosphere is calm and well thought out.The staff, especially Janko, were incredibly polite, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a few more machines to the gym to better accommodate guests who want a full workout.

Great location. Super modern and classy place. It’s an art gallery all around. The staff are superior and one of the best hospitality teams that I’ve ever seen in Spain and Europe in general. Great gym facilities for a hotel in central Madrid. Amazing breakfast set within a bakery/restaurant attached to the hotel and is open for the public as well. Super location just between plaza mayor and gran via, cannot ask for anything better. The rooms are just wow, super comfortable and clean. Staff at housekeeping are 7-star level.

It would be a mistake just to name one thing, every thing was top notch and top class

Great location, very clean, rooftop bar had a great view of Madrid.

The pool was not open during our stay from 11-14 June. No explanation was given. Would’ve been nice since it was very hot in Madrid.

The swimming pool was out of service, in June, and we were not informed about it prior to our stay

We had booked six rooms for our stay, and unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, we were deeply disappointed. All of the rooms were extremely dark, with windows facing an inner courtyard, creating a rather gloomy and uninviting atmosphere.However, by far the greatest letdown was the breakfast experience. The quality of the food was shockingly poor — everything felt thoughtless, unappealing, and well below the standard one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. To make matters worse, the service during breakfast was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared unfriendly, unmotivated, and at times almost rude, which is simply unacceptable.Given this experience, we have decided that we will no longer consider staying at Hyatt properties in the future. It is extremely unfortunate when poor service and lack of attention to detail overshadow what should have been an enjoyable stay.The only bright spots during our visit were the exceptional efforts of the concierge team, particularly Mario and Agatha. They were professional, attentive, and went out of their way to assist us, and we are truly grateful for their outstanding service. They were the rare highlights in an otherwise very disappointing experience.
