A payment of 10% of the reservation value (nonrefundable) will be required for confirmation in the following cases: - Reservations in which three or more apartments are booked - Reservations with a stay of 15 days or more. If such payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled. In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200.0 is required. The property charges the damage deposit 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
