Verry confortable bed , honest breakfast , super friendly staff !

The pillows are to small other than that nothing to say all perfect and clean

The hotel is very cozy, but room is as titled “budget”. That being said it was extremely comfortable, and road noise from the adjacent motorway was not notable in the room itself. The nearest metro station is close by making transport to the old town and central Railway station accessed with ease.

Nothing, it was actually better than I had anticipated!

The room was clean, comfortable, and good for the price. The location is very convenient, close to a metro station and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also well located near Atocha train station, which was very practical for our plans.

The breakfast was quite limited and didn’t meet expectations. The selection was very basic, with little variety. It did not feel like good value compared to the room and overall stay.

Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Very nice and responsive staff. Close to metro. Carefour just at the metro station.

The neighborhood doesn’t look nice, but nothing bad happened and we had no problems. Just impression.

The corredor is spacious , rooms are cosy , also the got outdoors aérea which is nice . The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is great. Tha staff are very responsive and friendly. They change the towels every day. Breakfast isn’t very diverse, but it’s value for the money.

The water temperature in shower is not constante. When you have a shower 30sek is hot, then 30sek is cold and so on…

Good and clean, healthy and very secured and safe room

Very helpful staff and the location is great since its close to the metro station L1. The breakfast was okay.

The bathroom doors dont go all the way down so you can hear the person in the bathroom.

Good room accommodation for the price. It's a small room, good enough for 1-2 night stay.

Lay out of the bathroom.

room is okay. small for 2 but fine for 1 night stay. small toilet and shower. no kettle but they serve a breakfast at the gf.

not so safe if stayed late night outside.

The fact that I only stayed one night.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bread was stale and hard. OJ was watered down, coffee cheap and terrible. I did not see anything worth eating since it was all old and crummy. The noise was terrible, the housekeeping person kept vacuuming outside the door, banging on the wall, it seems that the hotel want people out and awake by 0800. The neighborhood was sketchy with obvious drug addicts hanging around, very unsafe neighborhood. The hotel also does not want you to use the hot water and taking a shower was a hot cold experience, it looks like they limit the hot water.

The beds are very comfortable, shower lovely, metro and train station easily accessible. We would return here. Breakfast is limited in choices but enough also: 4 cereals and 3 varieties of milk, enough tea and coffee choices, plenty of bread choices but I am GF and there's only one choice and I couldn't have any baked goods on offer, only GF bread with tomato and oil. My breakfast was limited but for others, there's more than enough.

This is a budget hotel, so I didn't know what to expect, but it was definitely nicer than I had imagined. There should be a discount if you have intolerances for the breakfast.

Close to metro, restaurants, and a 24 hr supermarket. Nice room with a comfy bed and a good shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly and helpful.staff.

It was Warm and cozy, decor was tasteful

The Location was awful you definitely have to leave the hotel and venture out to other parts of Madrid Breakfast was very basic, glad we didn’t pre book
