Location and exterior look

Room, mattress, pillows, female front desk staff not helpful and talking back instead of being accommodating to my needs. Cleaning staff not being on time in the morning to turn around room for a special need.

The staff were fantastic. They were always smiling and always eager to help. The location is also quite ideal for exploring Madrid. Great value as well.

super rude staff, I asked for a duvet cause I was cold it was full of dust and without the cover, then one pf the ,ember of the staff was super rude to me. its a beautiful andconfortable hotel. but the staff needs and upgrade I don't think this deserves even 1 star

Excellent breakfast in a quirky bar area and close to the Metro.

Fire exit light positioned far too near the bed in our room. Understand they need to be there but so bright!

They could have done the repairs of the main entrance at some other time

The location area was okay but a little too far from the main attractions for our liking. Should have done a bit more research. It's totally our fault. Wasn't informed about the refit of the reception area and stairs.

Room was on smaller side but accommodated our needs.

It is conveniently located. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is polite. They have bathrobes and slippers for guests. That is a great convenience.

They could improve on the coffee at the bar. Had they had better coffee, I would have breakfasted there.

My room was quite dirty, with holes in the sink countertop. Shower would not drain.Only stayed for a night or else I would have left.

Perfect located at 5 meters from Metro with easy connection to all parts of the city.Furthermore personal was very friendly and customer oriented.

Nothing as for me everything was very good.

Eclectic and clean hotel. Private and comfortable with great rooftop bar.

Access from street a little challenging as it is on a busy corner and there is no driveway.

Location was really good. super easy access and close to the shopping streets etc.As for Jacky from the breakfast shift - she was amazing! super helpful and super welcoming. Wish we had the chance to try their restaurant at night - it looked packed and yummy!

Just expected the staff to be more smiley and pleasant- they're not very welcoming. no one helped us with the luggage.Expected the room to be more functional - there was no luggage stand - there was no complementary water - although there was a kettle coffee and tea. Needs some slight renovation in the rooms.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant were breakfast was at was really nice and the food was very good. I tried it at lunch time too and the food was delicious.

The staff cleaning in the mornings were very loud or made noises with the apparel (the room with the cleaning utensils cannot be located next to the rooms in the first floor, or else it is normal that in picking up the utensils they make noise, and with the walls being thin, disturbs the guests), and usually woke me up in the morning. Staff at reception were not very professional (did not help with the bags, or were eating at reception). It is a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential.

The location suits my needs well and is close to the metro station.

The hotel needs refreshment, painting, floors, furniture and curtains. However, I guess the price reflects what you get as the accommodation prices in Madrid are horrendous.

Location and cleanliness

Not very well maintained even if it’s quite new, room temperature is not controlled directly but need to call the reception, heater at bathroom didn’t work and was not repaired during our stay, breakfast is quite limited

I loved everything about this hotel. I was able to get my wifi details and do a bit of work in the lobby while I waited for my room to be ready. The mattress was extremely comfortable, the rooms had a lovely amount of light, the bathroom was spacious and there was sooo much in walking distance (restaurants, bars, cafe's). The restaurant onsite made it so easy to get a coffee, drink, breakfast and I noticed there were always people there for lunch and dinner as well. Absolutely great part of the city. The staff were incredibly nice and I would definitely recommend it. I will stay here again for certain when I visit my friends in Madrid again.

The room was small but perfect for 2 nights in Madrid. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed !

The walls are pretty thin, so you everything, people closing their doors, walking on wood floor, walking up and down the steps near elevator. I guess that can't be helped on small boutique hotel and depending on where your room is.

the rooftop was nice

The room smelled like herbs, to me it smelled like weed, but it could have been something else. The rooftop smelled like cigarettes. We requested a double bed, and they slid two single beds together with sheets between. My girlfriend fell between because the beds moved apart while we were sleeping.

The rooms need a bit of redecorating, furniture and walls in the bathroom
