Ikonik Gran Vía

Extremely well located, right in the heart of Madrid. We had a room with a balcony! Super clean and the staff were wonderful.

Excellent staff and very good adaptable room. Design great for wheelchair.

Entrance for wheelchair in dirty and dark back alley. Call button not working so had to call for entrance (at the back).

Nothing. Bad experience. Sewage smell in hotel. Not clean. bad breakfast. Also so cold inside

The location is great, right in the centre of the city. Everything is at a walking distance. The hotel is clean.

The room is small, with a terrace bigger than the room itself but completely empty and useless. The tap in the bathroom is not fixed well and it was uncomfortable to use it. The room itself is a bit outdated and its condition does not worth the money I have paid for it

Location is perfect , Reception & House keeping were friendly, smiling all the time & helpful.

The entrance is not prepared for pulling the bags..As a family I have to carry both big bags which was heavy ?

i didnt like the spot i was designated, i wanted the grand via like i got in my honeymoon in 2023. this is what made me love ikonik

A little bit noisy but that is to be expected since it is located in the middle of Gran Via Ave.

Location was great. Bedroom was spatious and clean.

Facilities are just meh. Just your room, not even a lobby. Bad coffee, bad smell downstairs.

Excellent breakfast - best one I had on my trip in Spain. The location was easy to find and easy to get to by metro. Multiple restaurant options near by and felt like the area was very alive and popular. Also shopping options very close by. Clean rooms and OK bed to sleep in.

Area was a bit noisy with a big road in front and lots of restaurants close by. Ear plugs while sleeping were a must have.

Everything was great. The location rigt at the gran via was awesome, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, well decorated and modern. We will defenitly stay again when visiting Madrid.

Perfect location on Gran Via, large rooms, amazingly helpful front desk staff. Good overall breakfast. Lobby gratis refreshments too. Even a treat for my wives birthday.

First time in Madrid. I’m glad I chose this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks to all. Location of the hotel was awesome. Rooms very clean. Shower was extra good. Breakfast was delicious. Due to the Fairs ongoing in Madrid hotels were all full, thats why it was slightly expensive but it was worth anyway.

The terrace was nice and the location was excellent for walking to places and taking the metro or bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

For the price it was lacking amenities such as no shower cap no toothpaste no makeup remover wipes or q tips, there was no room to put away our clothes just 2 little shelves and hangers so we had to live out of our suitcases

Central locationThe little things that makes the experience much better (water in the room, welcome chocolate on the bed, at hotel reception there is always cold water, coffee/tea, apple and pastries)The ladies at the receptions were super nice and attentive.
