I'M Room Suites Nuevos Ministerios - Bernabeu 'Digital Access'

Nice, clean, comfortable room + bathroom, really good shower

Not the best soundproofing but not too bad

The cleanliness of the room and the communal facility...I had a problem with the keypad (my fault!) I called the wattsapp number and they were extremely helpful and talked me through it. Highly recommended

Good, clean room with a wardrobe

Construction works under the window from 6 am on the working days

Very comfortable bed, clean & renovated rooms and very well organised kitchen!

There is an issue with soundproofing from next rooms, but they are providing earplugs.

Cozy, well equipped, nothing is missing. Well organized and good location if you want to be in the city but also reach airport in 30 minutes with metro

Very reasonably priced. Perfect for a one night stay before we flew home the next day. Water pressure was great in the shower. It's perfect for young people on a budget. Very clean.

A little tight on space but we just needed a night to sleep so it worked for us. I'm not sure if it was advertised but it's a shared kitchen.

Passable

All the sounds from the street can be heard. There is no sound proof or any sound insulation. This affects the sleep and comfort a lot.

The place is truly beautiful and well-maintained.

The only thing we would have preferred was to be informed about the roadworks. The room isn't very soundproof, and my wife couldn't sleep well. We had come to Madrid for an operation at a health clinic, and we needed to rest afterward.

It was clean and good location. Otherwise disappointing in every single way.

Bed too small, loud and noisy. Cheap furniture. Small room. Small bathroom with no leg space on toilet.

Perfect location (a 15-min walk from the Bernabeu stadium so it's great if you're attending a game). A clean and comfortable room. Great amenities (the coffee machine and mugs in the shared area were top notch). The digital check-in process was smooth and easy.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The place is 10 minutes far away from the metro station and one block from the bus stop.

It was kind of uncomfortable to enter to the shower because it was surrounded by a transparent door, but I think if someone is really skinny won't have this problem.

Clean, has everything you need for your stay. Spacious room, good and new bed linen! Bathroom also very good

The location for me was good, not great, BUT the public transportation in Madrid is awesome, so no worries at all.Small suggestion: install something at the bath so we can put our shampoo, conditioner, soap somewhere ;)

We liked the room very much! It was very clean and the service very nice! Mr Gonzalo contact with us and held also very well. Our visit would unforgetble!

Perfect location and room, correct size and level of cleanness.

nada

Very clean and comfortable- easy to access and secure building

Great location, communicative and helpful staff.

The blinds.. but once I had a demo video I was able to close them and they were fantastic at blocking the light.

Perfect location for the Bernabéu and only a short walk to bars and nice restaurants! Easy check in. Rooms spacious and the communal areas clean and tidy

Position, clean

I find the Door access a bit Dangerous because managed via mobile. The price is high, but I'm afraid is a problem with the overall Madrid

Clean and position

Door access via mobile and price

Clean and comfortable modern rooms downtown in Madrid near an important subway station. Staff prompt and helpful.
